The kitchen is well stocked with all of the convenient appliances one expects such as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, blender and mixer. The main floor also provides access to a formal dining area with a beautiful hand-carved dining table with seating for 8. The adjacent living area has a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities and cable, wireless internet, cozy couches and a gas fireplace. This main floor also houses two bedrooms, the first with a queen bed and the second with a Pyramid bunk consisting of one twin bed on top, one full-size bed on the bottom and one pull-out twin bed on the very bottom. There's also a remodeled bathroom with a shower that is accessible from both the hallway and the queen bedroom.
The lower level of the property is packed with bonus features: a gas fireplace, pool table that doubles as a ping-pong table, felt dart board, new SMART TV, DVD player and a queen futon. There's a 3/4 bathroom with shower and access to the 2 car garage from this bottom floor as well as a small dog run just outside the door.
The top floor consists entirely of the private master suite and has a king bed, balcony with lake view and a private en-suite bathroom with a dramatically deep soaking tub plus shower wand.
Last but not least, this family home includes amazing views of tree-tops leading to Lake Tahoe from the large, L-shaped upper deck. In the warmer months, utilize this deck to catch some rays or grill up a nice dinner and the heat lamp if it turns chilly at the dinner table.
