Should you had found issues with the cleanliness at the property & contacted us regarding this - we would have sent the housekeepers back to rectify these issues. HRS are very customer focused and want to make the experience as pleasant as possible for our guests. In regards to the card payment, lack of funds is a common issue as to why a payment is not processed, this is by no means an accusation, however can often be a problem when attempting a transaction! We understand that it can be frustrating when things like this happen - however we were just trying to ensure that the booking was paid for in full. We hope that you enjoyed your time at the property.

Overlooking Warrain Beach and the Currarong rock pools what more could you want! Not to mention you're right next door a fantastic seafood restaurant and takeaway! We are terribly sorry that this impacted on your overall enjoyment of the property. OB4 really is a fantastic place which we are confident you & your family would thoroughly enjoy should you choose to return in future. By way of explanation, our Team made an error and prepared Apartment Three (next door) with the extras you required, including the beds being made ready for your arrival. As we received your phone call late in the evening, we offered to come to the property to rectify the issue however, we were at least half an hour away so offered the solution that you might prefer to take the extras from the other apartment yourself (in the interest of time saving and getting your baby to sleep as soon as possible). We have since tried to contact you regarding compensation but have been unsuccessful in reaching you. Please contact us if there is anything further we can do.

We agree that Ocean Blue Apartments offer a great location, between the convenience of the local cafe/general store just across the road and the serenity of the beach only metres away! Honey suckle point and the various local bush walks in Currarong are a great escape to nature. They are especially gorgeous during whale watching season. Abraham's Bosom Reserve is only a few minutes away and is a great spot to sit on the rocks and watch the whales and dolphins breech. Perhaps you can check it out when you next visit! We haven't previously received any feedback regarding the neighbours but we will pass this on and find a solution moving forward. We agree that the apartment is well maintained. The owners, cleaners and our team at HRS all take great pride in presenting our properties to an exceptional standard and ensuring they are fastidiously cleaned so that you can enjoy your holiday and not have to worry that you are sitting in someone else's mess.
