Perfect stay for a relaxing weekend. My wife and I were looking for a “sleepy” beach town after a long and hectic year. This town and rental did not disappoint. We will absolutely stay here again in the future

Easy access. Dated home, towels, sheets and mattresses. If I had paid half as much I would have rated higher but really overpaid for this one. Lots of room good layout and location. No mixing bowel, bare minimum. Okay if you are not cooking much. Thank you

Parking was a bit of a hassle...but everything else was amazing. Clean, beautiful, a fantastic view, was not far from the beach. This was a gem of a find and our family had the best time. Diffenatly would stay here again.
Really enjoyed our weekend away here! The house was very clean and comfortable, and you can’t beat the view of the ocean from the deck. You can walk down a path behind the house and get down to the beach in just a few minutes. The toilets run a lot and do require a bit of work to get them to stop, but it looks like the owners plan to fix that. Would be a great place for a multigenerational trip, as there is one bedroom upstairs and then the rest of the sleeping area is downstairs. I’m excited to bring my family back here soon!
This home was great. Very clean, nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen. Love the ocean view from the deck. We waked to town and to the beach. Highly recommend.

Double Date Delight
The townhouse is very comfortable for two couples. Easy to live in. We had two cooks in the kitchen with plenty of room. We are ok with stairs; the two levels for the bedrooms yielded nice privacy. The view is spectacular - quintessential Oregon coast.
My husband, 2 teenagers and I loved staying in this beautiful home in Manzanita. It was very clean, comfortable and incredibly well stocked. I loved using the trail directly behind the home to walk to the beach. Cute shops and restaurants in the center of town are less than a mile away. The partial ocean view from the deck was gorgeous. Parking at the house is for one vehicle and I learned that backing the car in to the street and driveway was the best way to park. We would definitely book this home again for a future stay in Manzanita.
We so enjoyed staying at this lovely house. It is so clean and comfortable. You are admonished to remove shoes which keeps all the flooring clean and nice. You’ll feel right at home sleeping in comfortable beds, lounging on comfortable, clean furniture. I appreciated all the supplies and cooking needs in the kitchen. This is a gem to bookmark.

Great view!
Beautiful view of the ocean through the trees. Very quiet property. The kitchen was not completely clean, so we had to tidy up after the previous guests. The main living area is on the second floor (plus one bedroom and two baths), so you will need to go up and down the stairs to get to the kitchen and dining room. DVDs are mostly kids movies, but there is access to streaming services in the upstairs living room. Lots of puzzles and board games. Overall, a very nice property!

Fabulous lodging in a wonderful community! We hope to return soon and often.
Not sure how it could be better. Rob's communication was awesome. Hopefully the path down the hill through the woods to the beach road can remain open to the public -- there's some controversy. With that open, it was a wonderful walk on the beach and then back through town for coffee. Internet was 100Mbps more than enough to stream and telework.
Lovely well equipped townhouse. The views of ocean were better than we expected and a short 10 minute walk along a trail behind the house takes you out to a beautiful beach. The beds were comfortable, with a generous supply of linens and towels. One small issue encountered related to housecleaning where an oven spill from previous guests was missed causing a bit of smoke when we turned on oven but we did leave a note for staff. All in all a lovely, comfortable home.
Gal pals 2 night stay at the beach was wonderful in this beautiful townhome. It actually was even more lovely than the photos! Communication with the property manager was very responsive and because the home was ready he allowed us an early check in. Everything was so tastefully appointed with designer touches throughout. The home was immaculate, and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was a chefs dream and very well stocked. All kitchenware was first rate for us foodies! The deck was heavenly with a partial view of the ocean and Neahkanie mountain. Stairs in the entryway going to the living area are somewhat steep. Didn’t bother us, but should note if someone has trouble managing stairs.
Path to the beach is steep to begin with, but levels off fairly quickly and is a very enjoyable walk.
We loved staying here and we will be back!!!
The townhouse has a view towards Neahkahnie Mtn and the beach. It was very clean and comfortable and kitchen was very well stocked. We look forward to the next time we can stay here. Thanks for everything!
My girlfriends and I enjoyed this well appointed split-level townhouse for our coastal adventure. Minutes from the beach, shops and eateries, you can't go wrong staying here.
Came for the weekend with our two boys. More house than we needed, but it was great. Everything was tidy and well kept. Location at the north end makes for a bit of a hike to town with some fairly steep hills. There is, however, a trail down to the beech up the hill and a block to the north off of University. Warning, the first park is steep. Some minor quibbles, can't use the garage because there is a golf cart parked there. And no electric scooters. Despite all the talk they were nowhere to be found (glad I didn't tell my boys about them before we got there). Also reported that there were boogy boards, etc. in the shed around the side of the house, but our keys wouldn't open the door. And the kitchen trash....it's a weird hanging thing inside the sink cabinet door that holds about 1.5 gallons. A real kitchen trashcan would be more realistic. However, on the whole, a very nice house with ocean view. It's nice to hear the ocean while you sleep!
This spot is located close to everything we love in Manzanita and with the solitude we look for. The accommodations are immaculate and the aesthetics speak to those who love the ocean. Excellent beds, linens, lighting, and the kitchen makes cooking easy. This place has it all. We'll be back.

Scenic Coastal Home
This is a very nice, updated home with a balcony nestled in the trees overlooking the beautiful ocean and mountains. The kitchen is well stocked and has modern appliances. The living room has very comfortable seating. The location is quiet and great for a scenic drive along the coast. Cannon Beach is not far and the scenery on the way is gorgeous.
We did find the king bed and twin beds to be very firm (the queen bed is softer). Also, the noise from the main living space carries loudly into the master bedroom nearby. And the path to the beach was closed, but it looked further and steeper than expected.

The main issue was poor communication from the management company Evolve. I tried contacting them one month before our stay, but they did not respond to written communication and I was unable to reach them by phone. I was finally given the property owner and housekeeper contact information one week before our stay, but it was too late for them to address my special needs (fragrance allergies). The property owner and housekeeper did communicate well and respond quickly, and I believe they could have made our stay better if Evolve had allowed me to contact them sooner.
Perfect for a. girls weekend! Property was clean, cozy and had plenty of linens and kitchenware.. Close proximity for a walk to town and beach access.. Pretty view from family room and deck. Would defiantly stay again and also recommend.
