Enjoy unobstructed ocean and beach views from your 2nd floor balcony in a small, 6 unit complex situated in a quiet, private setting on the southern end of beautiful Cocoa Beach. You are minutes from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but light years away in terms of peace and quiet & in a perfect spot to watch rocket and shuttle launches from Kennedy Space Center. Orlando International Airport is one hour away and it is an easy drive to Disney World and other Central Florida Attractions.

Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the bed in the master bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom has a twin bed and full size bed. Both bedrooms have TV s. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit free of charge. Full kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Large sectional sofa with recliners in the living room. The balcony faces the ocean and spans from the living room to the master bedroom.

Great location!

This is a nice property right on the beach. Beautiful views, not too far from town or too close! A great place to relax, enjoy, and unwind. We had to reach out to the property manager just once during check in for a quick question, and she replied immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Relaxing

As advertised. It is a second story unit and all the neighbors were very delightful. I was worried about neighbor noise and the stay was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Adequate supplies. We were lucky enough to watch a SpaceX liftoff at night - AMAZING! Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas provided were nice. I would return.

Terrific Location, Killer Views

This property is right on the beach and is just far enough away from the noise of town center but close enough if you want to participate in downtown activities. A very short drive to great restaurants and the famous Ron Jon surf store. If Space X is launching rockets, you can view from your deck. Weather was marginal at best and we still had a great time. This a convenient location to KSC, Merritt Island and Disney for the matter. Highly recommend, you willl not be disappointed.

Beautiful location

This is a wonderful beach location. It is quiet and uncrowded, but still close enough to shopping and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The owner quickly responded to all of our questions. Great place for small family group.

We were very happy with this place. The location was great and the owner provided a lot more kitchen items than most places we’ve stayed so it made it really nice to not have to get all the miscellaneous things. Very clean.

Excellent property, secluded enough to where the beach is not crowded but yet close enough to all

My family really enjoyed this property. It was secluded enough to wear the beach wasn't crowded but close enough to all the restaurants and shopping. We liked that the walk to the beach was short she literally out your back door. Definitely we would stay here again

This is a great place and then some the photos you see are spot on for inside, the beds are really nice they do have A nice collection of spices and oil’s if you need them the beach is much closer then it appears in the photos which is great there is one thing you really need to know it isn’t just two set of stairs. When you come from the parking lot you have to go up a set of stairs then the steps up to the condo so that make it three You can’t tell that the way the photo is so those of you who have a disabilities might wanna be aware of that Another thing that’s really nice is that you’re not right up in town in a little bit south but it’s nice because the beach is an overly crowded and you have your own private beach access grocery stores are very close and convenient for you to access holes love love love this place definitely will stay again thanks for a great place to stay Gray

Best vacation spot

Me and my wife enjoyed this condo so much from the time we got there till the time we left. We didn’t want to leave. We even joked about calling April and telling her that we could just live here and never go home. Just for a married couple like us it was the perfect place but this would be a great place for a group of 4-5 people to enjoy a vacation. We will definitely be back!
