Take the Beach Path to St Kilda and Luna Park (2 km) and stop for an Ice cream along the way at the 100 year old Point Ormond Kiosk. You may even spot a dolphin! Great unit for our small family to get away and enjoy the St kilda and surrounds without being to close to the downtown scene.
Easy to access and park and well kept property. We will be staying again in the future.
Exceeded expectations - a trendy, centrally located, small but exceptionally functional space. Easy access to public transport, close to downtown, amazingly close to a great beach and parkland with a great playground. Very responsive host who provided clear directions for parking and access. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.
The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was excellent with public transport practically at the door. The owner was immediately available for any needs such as changing the battery on the smoke alarm. Overall I recommend this apartment for couples. It might get a little crowded if there were children as well.
Had a lovely stay in this apartment. Everything you needed. Close to public transport, beautiful cafes, IGA and the beach.
A very quick bus ride to St Kilda for a night out or tram ride to the city or the Markets.

We stayed overnight for a wedding. The location was perfect.
Parking is tricky, we did manage to get one.
There is a 7/11 just up the road to buy milk and in our case, coffee.

Functional self contained unit in good location.
Clean inside..dirty window sills where windows were open. Window and door tracks filthy as are all windows. Spider eggs and web on side of entry door and coutyard unmaintained. Cheap kettle spills water if filled and then poured and doona filler too small for doona cover so either feet of shoulders are not covered. The coffee table draw keeps sliding out so jammed cardboard in ooening to stop it.
Well appointed and conveniently located apartment. We were able to take short bus ride to shops and short walk to swimming beach. Also on route for Skybus for transport to and from airport.
Was advertised as ‘quiet location’ but it was very noisy with a main intersection with truck and bus traffic literally 3 metres from front of apartment!!!
Apartment well supplied with kitchen, bathroom supplies and bed linen but we would have appreciated a grab bar in bathtub/shower as it was very awkward to climb in and out.
I had a wonderful stay in Elwood at Holly's Beachfront apartment on Glen Huntly Road. The space was clean and had everything one could want for a short stay. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Holly was quick with responses and instructions so access to the apartment ran very smoothly. The nearby beach, Elwood shops and bus (if you want to ditch the car for a bit) were a great bonus. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a short stay in the area.
No bells and whistles, but still a nice place to stay. Clean. No heater in bedroom, but can leave the door open so heat from living room an enter. Having stated that, bed has electric blanket warmer.
Property had a musty smell and has obviously had damp problems. Electric supply is a fire hazard with adaptors in extensions in plugs et c. Not well supplied. We needed scissors which it didn't appear to have. Lots of weeds coming up in the courtyard.
What a great neat little one bedder in the beautiful suburb of Elwood. Well presented with modern touches. Directly adjacent to the beach. Close to St Kilda attractions which are $8 in an Uber away.
