Adorable condo just 50 steps to the beach and summer pool!
Located in Lakeland Village, this wonderful home has 3 levels
with the living on the mid-level and the bedrooms downstairs.
The loft is located above the living room and has one double
bed and one single. You can sleep 8 people comfortably and
the complex is amazing. Summer community pool, year-round
community hot tub, ftiness center, and more! Plus you are
only 5 minutes drive to casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort!

Please note: This condo does not have a washer or dryer.

MAXIMUM CARS ALLOWED: 2 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT.

Plenty of room for a large family

This condo worked well for our family. The number of beds/rooms with the loft made it accommodating, plus the proximity to Heavenly was a plus. This condo did not have the cozy cabin feel, more like a budget hotel. The kitchen did not have any hand soap, and the only soap was a small hotel soap in the bathrooms, that was not enough for a family of 5 for 4 days. The condo does not have napkins, baggies, foil, etc., but did offer really cheap paper towels. Again, family of 5 for 3 nights, and only 3 washcloths were provided. The condo met our basic needs, but was not a cozy family cabin, and for the price, I wish I would have made a different choice. Maybe my expectations were too high, but warning, this property also did not have a wine opener!!

We do wish we had known that you were short on linen, as we certainly would have taken care of that for you. We do provide linens for all guests in the home. Our apologies that we do not provide items such as foil, plastic wrap, oils, seasonings, etc. These are shared items that we prefer are brought by guests individually, but we hope that you enjoyed your overall stay in this beautiful location!
