Perfect location!

Perfect location in South Shore! 10 of us with plenty of places to sleep, relax, & be together. Walking distance to everything. Access to a great beach that wasn’t crowded. Eddie was very communicative & friendly. Highly recommend this house!

Family reunion

Very clean home. Accommodates kids and adults. Lots of indoor amd outdoor space to relax with family. Would recommend this home to anyone with a good size group.

The house was immaculate, and the pride of ownership was evident. The location was perfect to walk to the Hard Rock for our race and to the beach for relaxation afterwards. Our large group had a fabulous time! We would love to stay again.

Best Lake Tahoe Vacation

We have been coming up to Lake Tahoe for 40 years and Eddie's house was the perfect house for our family. Very clean, spacious and with 5 bedrooms we had room for all our family. The kitchen worked well for 3 of us cooking at the same time. We all enjoyed the location, loved being able to walk to Heavenly, the beach, grocery store as well as the casinos. The backyard that was equipped with a tetherball, basketball, spa as well as enough lawn area to play some football was perfect. We certainly will be back and would definitely recommend.

Walk to Gondola, bars, casinos

Great time was had by 10 skiiers in March. Lovely house with just a few minor negatives: 1)walls and doors are thin plus hardwood floors, so sound carries. 2) Bottom full size bunk has a low clearance (banged head a few times). 3) Hot tub had a greenish tint though I believe it is serviced regularly. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a "nice home".

Location, Luxury, Loved it!

This home is in the perfect Location! Just two blocks from the village. The home is fully equipped with laundry, activities, games, and a fully stocked kitchen. Towels and toiletries are provided, and any family can enjoy this property in both the winter and summer. The Master bedroom has its own restroom and double vanity and the additional 4 bedrooms upstairs share a restroom. All 5 bedroom are upstairs. 2 Bedrooms have bunk beds, the final two have a king and a queen bed. The home has two areas to watch TV or Movies which is ideal for families with different tastes in viewing. There is temperature control in the home, and plenty of room for outdoor activities in both the front and back yard. Eddie is an excellent host and came to check on us to ensure that we had all that we needed. One of the best properties to visit in South Lake Tahoe!

Skiing vacation

Eddie was very nice and attentive to our needs. The location is fantastic for skiing, about a three block walk to the gondola. Close to everything in town. The hot tub didnt work properly during our stay, but he said he would get it fixed. Would like to see a grill added and also shampoo in the bathrooms.

Beautiful property

If you want an A property for your Lake Tahoe stay, this is it. The accommodations are wonderful for 8-12 people---plenty of bedroom as well as living area space. Beds are comfortable; kitchen is well-stocked with necessary utensils. The location as is described in the property listing is excellent and convenient to Heavenly, the casinos, the lake, and restaurants. Having a 2nd living area and a game room in addition to the main living room is nice for those who desire "time alone" or looking for alternatives. We had a wonderful time during our family of 8 vacation!

This rental had everything we needed inside & out! Very spacious. The location was definitely a plus, we did not have to drive anywhere, all was within walking distance. My family and I had a great time, we can't wait to book again!

Lovely home in Tahoe

Our family of 5 loved the home and the location for our first visit to Lake Tahoe. The location made it easily walkable to a variety of activities. The house is lovely, furnished well, well stocked, comfortable and cozy. The fenced in yard allowed our 2 year old to explore while we enjoyed the porch. My only “complaint” is that the sprinklers were on a timer that coincides with move out time, so we had to do some ducking and dodging to avoid getting wet; not really a complaint, and made for a laugh for our family. We only had one hiccup during our stay with a dead battery on the lock, and the owner quickly rectified with ease. The owner was a delight to work with. Thank you for the lovely stay.
