This stylish townhouse will answer all your holiday dreams with a communal pool and tennis court in the estate approximately 270m from the property.

When you stay at Aqua Lagoon you will enjoy ultra-comfort with new refurbishments including ducted air-conditioning and all beds are brand new sealy posturepedic. Enjoy viewing the new smart 75inch tv in the main lounge and now all three bedrooms on the top floor have TV's. There is a lovely outlook from your entertaining area with BBQ. The fully fenced courtyard is great for the little-ones. You will be able to keep all your holiday fun equipment safe in the single lock-up garage and carport. We supply Free Wi-Fi and a coffee pods machine.

The main bathroom has a large corner bath, and there is a 3rd bathroom on the living level. The property has air-conditioning in every room. There is a spacious lounge so you and your guests will have plenty of room whilst enjoying the fabulous area!

PARKING This property has a single lockup garage plus a carport which can accommodate up to one large and one small vehicle, a total of 3 cars maximum. Extra parking is available at the end of the street, approximately 50 metres away. You must park within the boundary of the property or fines apply.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas (with decorative covers), blankets and pillows are also supplied.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 8 ADULTS. There is a single bed in one of the Queen bedrooms which can be used upon application to accommodate 1 child, total maximum guest 9. Please note the single bed will automatically be added for a booking of 9 for the 9th person at $50 per stay.

BOND - Aqua Lagoon has a refundable bond of $500 that is payable 14 days prior to your arrival date and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

BED CONFIGURATION -

Option 1 - Super King Bed, 3 Queens, 1 Single (additional cost).

The master bedroom has a super king bed an ensuite, walk in wardrobe and a Juliet balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third has a queen bed and an additional single bed. On the living floor there is a 4th room with a Queen.

Additional costs when booking:
9th Person single bed $50 per booking
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
