Beautiful Private Newer and Gated 55+ Community.
Very nice, clean, quiet and peaceful community and area to live in. Primarily a active retirement community with several planned events. The community offers a Club house including game room, movie theater, pool table exercise room, a beautiful pool. Along with a hot tub and tennis court. This specific unit has a private view, high end finishes and is ADA compliant and 9 foot ceilings with lots of natural light. No carpet, only easy to clean porcelain tile floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes new stainless seal appliances. Very close to Lego land, cypress gardens Blvd, downtown and only 3 miles to Highway 27. Easy access to Tampa and Orlando. Only 45 minute drive to Disney, and approx. 45 minutes to Tampa attractions. Ideally our preference would be a couple to sync into the peace and quite. Some discounts may apply. I was previously a home builder and now work for FEMA. I am from Iowa and have had a vacation home in Florida for 15 years. I love the security, quietness and fact that Vienna Square is very clean. I enjoy sharing what I also injoy very much. I am at my home in Florida often, so I have made it feel like home, and Not just a rental.

Many subtle update. Extremely clean. Wonderful location close to so many attractions and shopping . The community pool is seldom used and very large.
