Residential only three blocks from the beach.
House with 2 suites with air conditioning + fans, plus a downstairs bathroom (shower stall), dining and living room integrated with air conditioning, TV (SKY subscription with Broadband) and DVD, kitchen equipped with household items, refrigerator , stove and microwave. Gourmet area (retractable roof) with fan, barbecue, snack and grill plate, two hammocks, two new Caloi adult bikes, five beach chairs and a parasol. Large pool with unique design (the largest of Bertioga Villagios), playground for children to play bicycles, rollerblades, etc. Great location; 400 meters from the beach and SESC Bertioga, close to supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries. More to the city center we have; restaurants, handicraft fair, Casa da Cultura (intimate shows), events area by the sea (big shows and exhibitions), fish warehouse, all linked by the Orla de Bertioga bike path.
