Set high in the trees near Bouddi National Park with stunning uninterrupted views over Brisbane Water. This comfortable house is perfect for a family or a couples getaway. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining and a large deck with amazing water views.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, which includes the Master Queen bedroom with private deck and ensuite bathroom. There is a self contained studio downstairs that has its own private bathroom as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
There is air conditioning in the living room.

LINEN: Linen is not included however can be arranged by contacting our office on 02 4360 1100 or via email (pillows, blankets and doonas are provided)

Inclinator is available for use as there are multiple stairs leading up to the property.

PARKING: Off street parking for two cars however the access is steep and not suitable for very low wheel-base vehicles.

Please note - The house is high in the trees and accessed by a number of steps or an electronic inclinator- very useful for your luggage even if you prefer the exercise. It is not recommended for children under 5 due to the steep nature of the property although there is a child safety gate available.
