Located in a quiet court, it’s less than a 5-minute walk to Inverloch’s patrolled surf beach and S.L.S.C., letting you wake up to the soothing sound of the ocean.

Sleeping up to 9 guests across 3 bedrooms, the home features a well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and family room that flow seamlessly onto a large private outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens while sipping coffee from the provided machine.

The main bathroom includes a bath, shower, and toilet, complemented by a second separate toilet and an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Step outside the house to explore Inverloch, with cafés, shops, and the Sunday farmers market all within walking or cycling distance. For day trips, pristine local beaches, scenic drives to the Prom, or nearby country towns with galleries, gourmet delights, and regional wineries await.

Entertainment is covered for all ages: a Wii, Xbox, large LCD TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, Bose music system, board games, books, magazines, beach toys, and reliable boosted Telstra reception. Great Spot to stay

Awesome house and location and a 2 minute walk and your on the surf beach. The estate the house is in is great for the kids to ride around in and explore in safety. Really relaxing holiday spot We booked it again for the same time next year as we were leaving

Great house, great location

This was a perfect escape with plenty of room for our large family. Quiet cul de sac and nice bright property. Super cosy, with in floor heating, a split system and coonara. So close to beach. Neat and tidy block. Lots of games, books etc.

Great Holiday House

House was fantastic. Heaps of room. Close to the beach. One thing, the outdoor shower was near the laundry door and when getting to the bathroom after the beach you had to go across the white carpet and when renting you don't want to stain anything, especially hard with kids. Garage was great fitted both cars well. Loved the area too

Nice holiday house close to the beach

Nice and very spacious house within walking distance from the beach. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 small kids and the house was pleasantly large with a safe backyard and a large space next to the house. A nice feature is a double garage and the large open plan living area. Having only 1 bathroom was fine for us but with more adults or teenagers may become an issue. One downside was the poor phone reception inside the house, you had to go outside to use smartphones.
