Eagle Bay Cedar Beach House

You will relax as soon as you arrive at this three bedroom beach home, perfectly located on a gorgeous and picturesque elevated bush block in the original part of Eagle Bay, only 150 metres and one-minute walk from the fabulous white sands of Eagle Bay.

The house sits on an elevated block and is set on stilts, giving you the impression that you are living up amongst the trees. From the large deck, perched in the tree tops, enjoy the ocean views, listen to the waves lapping on Eagle Bay beach and enjoy the tranquillity while watching the local bird life.

The deck is perfect for entertaining; equipped with a large outdoor table that easily seats 10 people, as well as a sun lounge and large umbrella.

The home is well furnished and boasts cathedral ceilings in the spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and is extremely well equipped for a holiday house. There is a nespresso coffee machine for your use (pods not supplied). Pine floorboards and quality jarrah window trims and skirtings feature throughout the home, including the bedrooms, all of which are double in size and include built in robes.

During winter, the wood-fired pot belly stove provides beautiful warmth and cosiness. There is a large reverse-cycle air conditioner for use in both the winter and summer periods.

The master bedroom includes its own deck and boasts picturesque views along Eagle Bay beach. Wake up each morning to a picture perfect view of the sun glistening over the Bay!

The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and its own balcony. While the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. ALL LINEN, BATH TOWELS AND TEA-TOWELS ARE PROVIDED (not beach towels).

The bathroom and laundry have been renovated in the last 5 years. The bathroom includes a full bath (including shower with extension hose); with a separate toilet.

The house is very well equipped with two fridges and an excellent gas barbeque.

Eagle Bay is situated a short 8 minute drive south of Dunsborough’s supermarkets, restaurants, petrol stations and is surrounded by the Meelup National Park which has plenty of walking trails. Only minutes away are the stunning Eagle Bay Brewery, Wise Winery and Lot 80 restaurants.

With the Rocky Point surf break only minutes’ walk from the house, don’t forget to bring your boards! There’s an outdoor shower with hot water to refresh yourself under on arrival back home!

NB: MINIMUM TWO NIGHT STAY AT ALL TIMES and 3 night minimum stay during Christmas and Easter Holidays
