Cozy FarmHouse -PRIVATE Hot tub and Pool at Camelback

Bring your friends and family at Pocono Mts area, in historic town of Stroudsburg where you can also relax in hot tub ( not shared with other guests) all year-round and pool ( opened aprox May29-Sept12, not shared with other guests; hike at Delaware Water Gap or other trails in the area, ski at Shawnee and Camelback Mtn and enjoy the seasonal pool on property in summer, water parks in area- 15 min away, zip lining/tree climbing , bike around old town of Stroudsburg ,get in at Sherman theater for a show on Main st, stop and dine at our local bars and restaurants , visit our local wineries and breweries for tastings.

Property ensures proper cleaning and disinfecting, hand sanitizer and wipes are available for guests, outdoor items are treated after each guest by spraying disinfectant solution , property is first cleaned followed by disinfecting and proper ventilation, mattresses and pillows have sanitized covers under the linen. Guests are advised to help stop the spread of viruses by maintaining a proper hygiene.

Property is non-smoking indoor, outdoor smoking is allowed, cigarettes disposal bin at entrance door. Vaping, recreational drugs, incense or candle burning not allowed.

All guests are encouraged to pack small since they have access to all items in the house

All guests are required to treat space with consideration for host and future guests , cleaning service is on schedule , please check-out on time ; late check-out fee up to 1 hr is $50 unless approved for no charge .

Instructions and safety notes on using the hot tub will be sent after booking !

Any violation/fee during stay will be directed to the guest by authorities -guests should book in good will and no retaliation to take action against host or business in case of dissatisfying resolution.

July 4th mini vacation was amazing!

This was a great place to spend our July 4th weekend. My kids had a amazing time in the pool. They got to try the jacuzzi which was a plus, and the host was attentive to any questions or concerns we had. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank You Ana!

Great time

We had a wonderful stay at Ana's home. Everything was so comfortable and she had made it so homey for us. We loved the hot tub, it was perfect in the winter. The robes were such a lovely touch. We will definitely be back! Thank you Ana so much for your hospitality.

Staying in Ana's home.

We chose this home because it was close to Kalahari, where my daughter was competing in a cheer competition. It was beyond our expectations. Everything is labeled and organized. It was so clean and cozy as well. Having the ability to just sign on to Netflix was another bonus without having to sign into our own. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is conveniently located and has lots of things to do in the area. The house was perfect for us. We enjoyed the hot tub. The robes provided were excellent to use back and forth from the hot tub. The house was well stocked and clean. Beds were comfortable. Ana is friendly and responsive. She messaged me after our first night to make sure all was good. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay. Thanks!

Stroudsburg stay

My friends and I were content with our accommodations. The pictures are spot on. We didn’t really love the place but it fit our need. Part of the hurdle was the restrictions that we were made aware of a week prior. Mainly the no eating or drinking anywhere else in the house besides dining room/kitchen.... we were a group of 4woman all over 35, we like to chat and get comfortable, relax, drink - and we only could do that in the kitchen. We didn’t feel like we had freedom in the house - Mi casa su casa was not happening. As far as little fixes I would recommend the following: better lighting in the downstairs bathroom, the little brown carpets On the steps need to be glued down to avoid a slip and fall, but the biggest thing are the mattresses. They are not comfortable. We are not difficult people so our communication with Ana was fine. She checked in on us Saturday so complaints there. Overall the stay was ok

Priscilla I find your review unfair considering the rules were in the listing before you booking, so guests always have the option to book somewhere else . As for the mattresses I understand is a matter of preference, most of my guests are very pleased, mattresses are in top shape, all memory foam which is one of the latest trends on the market. But thank you for treating my place with respect !

OKAY OLDER HOUSE

The outside was amazing pool and hot tub .The inside was ok very dated .The stove was broken but they tried to fix right away .Still falls down when opening but just be careful. The one bed was not comfortable so one of us took turns sleeping on the couch.Your only given one towel per room and ladies need more then one towel. Your also only given a sheet and very light weight quilt ,there are were 2 crocheted blankets down stairs 2 of us used but you might want to bring your own. Very close to all things the most was 1 hour drive to jim thorpe trolly and train ride so much fun .Wish the rules were given before we rented...You can not eat or drink in any other place except kitchen .No shoes in the house and no drinks in pool or hot tub .I understand its someone else's house but you should say that in your listing because it really does make a difference. It was overall a nice house the town was great too.

House rules ARE in listing though , also your stay was in the summer days when guests find house summer setup more than enough and stove door was slightly pulled and misplaced in hinge by guests negligence, that was all. And I asked when you arrived if you need anything to let me know. I was there in 10-15 min for the stove door, you could have addressed the other needs as well.

Weekend Get Away!

Communication with Ana was great, very responsive and informative. Location is great for convenience. If you're looking for something more private this is not the place. Carpeting on stairs should be fastened for safety purposes. Hot tub was very relaxing other than we feel it could be cleaned as we were sitting on something gritty/sand like. If you like high water pressure I wouldn't recommend although the downstairs shower is a little better. An electrician is recommended to change out the outlets so, additional things can be plugged in at once up/downstairs for convenience reasons, we did trip the breaker. Unfortunately, the master bed is very uncomfortable. Serta mattress or not if you don't prefer a very firm bed I would not recommend. The second night we slept on the couch due to being uncomfortable, tossing and turning in the bed. Please tell everyone to bring wash cloths because they were not provided.

Thank you for your feedback Tearra ! Most of my guests are looking for and do enjoy the original look and feel of the farmhouse, as listed. Also, is the first time a guest tripped the breaker( not sure what happened there) All mattresses are new and mattress preference is different for everyone but three other bedrooms were available for you to sleep in. I don’t see why 2 adults would choose the couch instead.

Family Time

With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we needed some time to reconnect and hang out. We greatly appreciated the access to Netflix and Prime Video because we would have family movie night at the end of every day of activities. I also appreciated the close proximity ro the water parks.

Great Staycation

Perfect spot in the winter if you're looking for a place with a hot tub. Cozy, clean, and functional. I missed the line about bringing your own pool/hot tub towels, so pointing that out for the next groups. There also wasn't extra bath towels, so I would recommend bringing some if you feel you'll need them. Robes were provided, which were an added bonus that I'm not sure what we would have done without them. Main tip is to just pack appropriately since there is no on-site laundry. Overall would highly recommend staying and Ana was a great host!

Quick Valentine's Getaway

Place was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated inside and out. It was super cold out to be able to even to try the hot tub, but all the more reason to come back and bring the kids in the summer to try out the pool as well. Ana was very accommodating, and replied to all of my messages and questions very quickly. 5 out of 5

Very cozy and nice

The house was very cozy and was supplied with kitchen materials. The house was cleaner than I first expected. I stayed with a few friends just to relax. The hot tub was very nice and set up for us when we got there as well. It was very nice and would recommend!!

Pool and hot tub was the best! Outdoor seating with a TV. Ability to cook and serve through the window to the outside. The setup of the house was not too much and not too little. Fun girls weekend.

Convenient

Place was brand new inside. They put some money into the property. Not big but it worked. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Ana is such a great person to talk to. If I had to criticize anything, I would say maybe for the price I could of got out in the woods more. But not bad, I wasn’t a big fan of the deck out back, I would replace it with composite. I wish you success in the future Ana.

Perfect cozy little cabin

The cabin is small but spacious and very detail oriented. A lot of cute accent antique furniture which made it more cozy. It has everything you need from cooking to Hulu to Qtips. The beds are comfortable and clean. The HOTTUB was the superstar! Ana is very responsive and easy to communicate. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and will not think twice to stay here again.

Our recent stay

The property was deceiving. The outside area was nicer than the inside. We didn’t feel comfortable with the cameras or the neighborhood. The inside of the house was outdated and the carpet smelled. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving to go to hotel within an hour of checking in.

That is a very unfair and unexpected feedback ! Nothing smells in the house, everything is new , except some restored antique chairs and decor pieces , which guests love. Quiet Weekend Away

This rental was a great spot for our quick weekend getaway. Everything was clean and cozy. Also, the hot tub was a nice bonus for the cold winter weather. The owner was very attentive, would recommend.
