The location and property were very good , clean and comfortable I recommend them very highly
I was is in the service industry and know how important it is to address problems when they happen. We had a problem when we arrived but the owner went out of their way to take care of the problem even though they were on vacation them selves ( in Europe ,) the problem was solved to our satisfaction and we were compensate for any inconvenience we had. I highly recommend this location and the owners of the property.

Dear Jean, thank you very much for your comments and your kindness.
Was a great stay! Super comfortable and very nice rental! Owners were very responsive and clear directions to get in! Would definitely stay here again! :)
Ellen was such an amazing person to work with! Due to weather issues, she was able to make accommodations when we needed to extend. Thank you so much for making the trip a little bit less stressful.
We stayed for seven weeks while our home was being remodeled and we could not have been more comfortable here. The owners go out of their way to make your stay great and we were only 5 minutes from everything you could need.
Thank you for your feedback. We have 3 streaming Fire enabled TVs throughout the home as noted in the description which also describes that there is no cable. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Showtime, Hulu apps, and various other live TV apps are also available, which does require guests to input their accounts to operate.
There was a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke. I do have a good nose so most people may not detect it.
Property was bare-bones but sufficient.
TVs were not easy to use. No cable.
No extras.
Seating ok but not real comfortable, not warm and inviting.

The home is strictly non-smoking so guests are reminded of the rules prior to check-in and if we detect smoking after guests leave, we address the smell prior to other guests checking in. We now have a deep clean process which takes an entire day. We intentionally keep the home very clutter-free so it is easier for cleaning and sanitizing. There are streaming TVs which does require guests to input their own Prime TV, Netflix and other apps accounts and passwords. The home has Nest temp sensors which heat up very quickly and we never heard any issues from this guest during her stay.
The property owner was great to work with and responded to questions and requests within a reasonable time frame. He was able to accommodate an early check in and a late check out for us.
The house was as advertised with exceptions to the cleanliness of the home. It was apparent as we first walked in that the home had been previously smoked in, probably by previous owners. It has a musty/Smokey smell that comes with a smokers home. The master bath shower curtain liner was stained with red mold and needs to be replaced. We also found hair in the master bedsheets but once we washed them, they were fine and actually very soft.
Overall, the house could use a little maintenance, but it accommodated my families needs just fine.

Guest asked for a deep discount on the rate which we honored, texted us upon check-in that the place was great and never brought any issues to our attention so we could address it. We accommodated their requests and left extra sanitizing items for their personal use and asked our cleaners for extra sanitizing cleaning in the home. We also had touched up paint months prior and placed extra supplies for the guests' use. We think the comments do not accurately reflect the home and the excellent condition that we strive to keep the home for our guests. This guest was extremely picky, did not tell us about any issues during their stay, and so no way to satisfy quests like these.
