Welcome to Park Avenue #251-1769, a comfortable and well-situated three-bedroom plus loft, two-and-a-half-bath Park City condo rental offering a wonderful balance of space, convenience, and mountain-town charm. Nestled alongside the cross-country ski trail and just moments from Park City Mountain Resort, this 1,610-square-foot townhome places you right in the heart of the action. With Park City’s free city-wide bus stop just steps away, and a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops, this Park City vacation rental truly lets you enjoy your stay without needing a car.
This two-level Park City vacation rental features a welcoming, sunlit main floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a bright dining area with seating for 8, a half bathroom, and a living room with gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Upstairs, three private bedrooms, an open loft bedroom, and two full bathrooms provide a comfortable setup for families or small groups. The bedding configuration offers a queen bed in the primary bedroom, two twin beds in the second guest bedroom, a queen bed in the third guest bedroom and a queen bed in the loft bedroom - accommodating up to 8 guests.
Guests will appreciate the home's character-filled mountain styling and spacious open layout. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer and dryer add to the comfort and ease of your stay, while the inviting living room provides a cozy spot to unwind after a day exploring the trails, slopes, or shops of Park City.
Community amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool which is opened Memorial Day through Labor Day; closed during the Fall and Winter, a year-round community hot tub, sauna, changing facilities with showers, and on-site laundry, all available to guests of the Park Avenue Condominiums. Carport parking is also included for added convenience during every season.
Guests enjoy a seamless arrival through our Direct to Condo check-in process, which requires a pre-registration form prior to arrival. This is a non-smoking property, and while pets are not permitted for nightly stays, the owner may consider allowing one dog for monthly rentals of 30 nights or more during the summer and fall seasons—with prior approval. Housekeeping services are not included during your stay but can be arranged in advance through our Guest Services Office for a fee.

Great trip. Family of 6 with4 young adults. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to grocery for shopping, free transportation to ski villages, easy walk to pool, hot tubs and sauna. It was everything advertised and more.

Our extended family of five enjoyed staying here. The condo was clean, roomy and a short walk to a bus stop for a quick ride to the PC resort base. Loved the fireplace, the twocommunal hot tubs and proximity to stores and downtown PC. Sandra was super helpful. We followed up on her suggestion of renting gear from Ski'n'See (25% discount), and were able to store skis and poles overnight for free.

This place was just right for our Park City ski trip: it was by a shuttle stop to get to the base or town, and it was across the street from the grocery store. We did not need a car at all. The living space was nice with enough seating and warm fireplace, and the kitchen was big enough to cook for a larger group. The pool/hot tub were a short walk away. The only negative was no place to store skis/boards outside in a closet that can be locked. Overall, it was an excellent stay and trip!

Having a shuttle stop nearby made it easy for you to get to the base or town without needing a car. Additionally, the proximity to the grocery store across the street must have been convenient for your daily needs. We're glad you found the living space to be nice, with ample seating and a warm fireplace. It's also great to hear that the kitchen was spacious enough to accommodate your larger group for cooking. Everything was as expected - only thing that through us for a loop was that the loft bedroom was connected to a room with a single bed (we were thinking maybe it was connected to the room with twins) so we had to shuffle our family set up a bit. That’s no fault of the property management or owner, of course! Pretty in general is a bit dated but everything was clean, functional and suited our group just fine. Bonus points for walk ability to bus stop (to get to Main Street or the mountain) and grocery/restaurants/state liquor store all walkable from the unit.

Perfect ski locale
This was an excellent property. Clean and perfect for our group of 6 skiing Park City and Deer Valley. Easy check in and out. Hardly any issues, and they were quickly addressed. Was a wonderful trip and very convenient to ski Park City. Highly recommended!
