With Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a kids' area, and easy beach access, it’s the perfect spot for families, couples, or friends seeking a serene getaway.

The Space:

The Willows is a unique two-storey home designed to embrace its beautiful waterfront setting. The large lawn meets parkland, perfect for picnics, games, or lounging in the hammock while kayakers drift along Toby Inlet, while a short 200m stroll brings you to Quindalup Beach’s pristine waters.

Step inside to an expansive living area with soaring ceilings, polished timber floors, and large windows framing peaceful nature views. Sink into the plush leather lounges by the cosy combustion wood fire, or stay cool with reverse-cycle air conditioning. A 55" 4K Smart TV, Foxtel, Blu-ray player, and soundbar keep everyone entertained, with free ADSL and Wi-Fi for your convenience.

The spacious, open-plan kitchen and dining area is a delight, featuring modern appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine, and even water views. Gather around the custom-made dining table for ten, or step outside to the alfresco area with an eight-seater jarrah setting and a gas BBQ—perfect for summer evenings.

When it’s time to unwind, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms designed for comfort. Downstairs, two bedrooms feature cosy queen-sized beds, stylish wooden furnishings, and soft lighting for a restful retreat. The thoughtfully designed family bathroom invites you to relax with a rainhead shower or a generous bathtub—ideal for soaking after a day of beachside adventures. Upstairs, the third bedroom is a spacious family retreat, offering a flexible layout with a queen-sized bed and two single beds. This vibrant space opens directly onto a private balcony nestled among the Peppi trees, perfect for morning coffees or sunset views. It also boasts an ensuite bathroom with two separate showers and toilets and a double vanity, plus a lounge area complete with bean bags, a 42" Smart TV, and board games.

Additional luxuries include a washer and dryer,  air conditioning in the living area and upstairs bedroom, and free parking on the carport and driveway.

A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
