With two living areas, ping-pong, and a large balcony perfect for evening dining, it’s the ideal spot for a relaxed coastal holiday.
Location doesn’t get better than this—just 150 metres to both the ocean and Dunsborough’s cafes and shops. From the moment you enter Bayview on Lorna, you’re welcomed by a light-filled entry and airy layout designed for effortless holidays.

The heart of the home is on the upper level—an expansive open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with soaring ceilings, polished timber floors, and wide windows framing glimpses of the bay. Whether you’re cooking on the gas cooktop, lounging with a book, or enjoying a meal at the oversized dining table, everything flows seamlessly onto the large balcony. The spacious primary suite is also on this level featuring a king bed and private ensuite.

On the ground floor are three more bedrooms—two with queen beds, and a third with two singles that can convert to a king for flexible sleeping arrangements. All share a modern family bathroom with a shower and bath. At the end of the hall, the downstairs lounge offers a second living space with a TV and direct access to the secure, private garden, perfect for kids to play.

Outdoors, you’ll find an undercover dining setting, a lounge area for sunset drinks, and views over the garden. Play a round of ping pong—perfect for friendly competitions, rain or shine. There’s also an outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after a morning swim.

Air conditioning is available in both living areas and in the primary bedroom, and the home includes full laundry facilities and secure parking.

Stroll to boutiques, fish and chips on the foreshore, or grab ice cream and watch the pelicans at the boat ramp.
