Omaha Magic - Your family getaway.

Sunny 4 bedroom family haven on Mangatawhiri Rd close to shops, surf club and cafe, suitable for 2 families.
Multiple living areas including large enclosed outdoor room.
Decks on north, east and west sides. Ranch sliders off all 4 bedrooms.
Back lawn for the kids to run around on.
Use of unlimited internet, chromecast, DVD players, surfboards, boogie boards and mini pool table.
Lots of toys, books and games to keep the kids happy. Tennis rackets and balls for nearby free tennis. Mid size bikes and scooters available upon request. Outdoor cricket set and spades for the kids at the beach.

Extras : Bed linen can be provided only by prior request. $25 per person.

Standard Cleaning fee of $180 per stay. Please note - it does not include cleaning BBQ or oven, an extra fee will be charged if our cleaners needs to clean these.

Bedrooms :
Master : King slat bed, en-suite and tv.
2nd : Queen slat bed, with firm mattress.
3rd : King single with pop up single

Fantastic property for a long weekend break

Excellent property for two families to stay. Great spaces for all and the kids and teenagers loved the undercover outdoor area. Clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Great location - easy walk to shops and beach. We highly recommend and would certainly book again.

Perfect big family getaway

This property is perfect for two families as it has lots of space and is really well equipped. Everybody enjoyed the games and we really appreciated the use of the surf boards. An awesome place to stay, we highly recommend it.

Another fantastic stay! We love the house because it suits our family group well with the spacious layout. There’s plenty of space for everyone, and the house is very well equipped. Would absolutely recommend and will look to visit again.

The property is huge! We had tons of room to get away from each other. Kitchen extremely well stocked with cooking utensils, even a rice cooker. Good communication with host added to our comfort. We loved the nearness to Sculptureum/Rothko where we spent a whole day & had a great dinner after. It was a lovely spot to stay despite rainy & blustery weather.

Great Get Away

Fantastic house with a lot of space for everyone to mix and mingle. You can get every hour of the sun with both a front deck and huge backyard entertainment. Everything was modern and well maintained. Would definitely come back ☺️

Fantastic weekend away

We had a fantastic weekend away at this house. It has all the things you need to a relaxing and fun break. The outside enclosed area is an absolute winner. With the beach just down the road you can't go wrong.

This place has it all

This was the second time we stayed at the property as we had such a great time when we stayed a few years ago. As a family with a range of ages to accommodate, this property works so well in terms of the layout, the proximity to the beach and the awesome options to keep the kids entertained. The kitchen is really well stocked, the property was clean and tidy and we all had a wonderful holiday. Totally recommend and plan to be back again!

Wonderful well equipped home away from home

This bach had all the essentials, from kids and adults games to body boards/surfboards, bikes and scooters. We can’t thank Tammy enough for letting us stay and enjoy her gem of a holiday home. Location was fantastic and 10 people stayed comfortably here for 4 nights, we will definitely stay here again.

Spacious, and info sheet very helpful. Generally very good; however, there should be more towel rails in main bathroom, when there can easily be eight people using it. Extras (eg toys, tennis raquets, etc etc etc) excellent, but some TLC and maintenance are needed. Kitchen well appointed.

Wonderful Family Bach

A clean, tidy and well equipped bach close to the beach, cafe and shop. Perfect for a large family or two families. Lots of outdoor equipment and games for the kids. It has two separate lounges and a closed in outdoor area to relax in. There are spaces to escape too. We booked late and the owner was very flexible with accomodating our requests and also allowed us to have a later check out!
