Newly renovated home centrally located between Lake Don Pedro and Lake McClure. In the middle of historic gold country close to Jamestown, Sonora, Coulterville and Yosemite. Family friendly home great for a quiet weekend with family and friends to explore all the area has to offer or just relax on the deck and splash in the pool. Lots of games both inside and out. Plenty of room for boats with pull through driveway

During summer months set the air conditioner to 85 and during the winter months to 65 before leaving.
Close all blinds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No ground fires allowed since this is a high risk area for wildfires.
The refrigerator needs to be empty of all food and free of spills. All used dishes need to be rinsed and placed in dishwasher.
