“Paradise in Cowes” is a delightful, two-storey, dog friendly (downstairs only) home in a brilliant location in central Cowes, walkable to both the beach and to the many supermarkets, cafes and restaurants Cowes has to offer. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The ground floor comprises of a combined dining / lounge area (with TV including Foxtel), leading out to the delightful alfresco. There is also the kitchen, a fully equipped laundry (with a clothes dryer in the garage), separate toilet and internal access to the garage.
Upstairs contains the bedrooms, firstly the master (with TV & huge WIR) and en-suite (with shower & toilet) and its own balcony. There are a further two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower over bath & toilet).
Outdoor Areas
Outdoors there is a completely enclosed, undercover alfresco / courtyard at the rear (ideal for pets), equipped with a gas barbecue and outdoor setting, as well as another outdoor setting in the fully fenced front courtyard. There's a single car garage and room for another car at the front of the property, plus street parking.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, an Nescafe Dolce pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, and separate cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The main living area and all of the bedrooms have wall mounted reverse-cycle split system units. The bedrooms also contain ceiling fans.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 6 beds, accommodating up to 9 guests:
Bedroom 1 (upstairs): One Queen and one King Single Bedroom 2 (upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 3 (upstairs): One Tri-bunk and one King Single
Please note: The Tri-bunk has a Double bed base with a Single bed above it.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.

Great house, only downfall two of the air conditioning units barely blew out a cool breeze. Would definitely stay again once the units are working/replaced otherwise it'd probably be far too hot in summer. Half of the remote controls in the house had flat batteries, minor but annoying.Otherwise great house, spacious, great location.

Perfect townhouse !!
We thourghly enjoyed our stay over 4 days and 3 nights... Set in a quiet street , property is in close walking proximity to beach or a 4 min drive to Coles, Aldi , shops and restaurants.. 3 bedrooms are good size and could easily sleep 9.. Home was well equipped with untensils .. Biggest bonus was it’s pet friendly. Back and front yard was very secure for my 2 small dogs.. Thank you for allowing us to stay.. We will definitely be back !!
