Located in the little beach area of Port Stephens and just a 5 minute drive to the heart of Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay and a quick 2 minute walk to little beach and the boat ramp is where you will find this nicely decorated 2 bedroom unit with fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge with DVD/ Blue Ray and dining area, bathroom with bath and shower and internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. The unit has timber look floors that flow out onto the balcony with beautiful park like views and walking paths that take you from beach to beach. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the birdlife and lifestyle of Port Stephens.

The property is regularly treated for pests, however being a coastal area, occasional ants can appear, particularly during warmer weather. Had this been reported during your stay, we would have arranged treatment immediately. In relation to your comment regarding our team, we always aim to communicate professionally and respectfully. During your stay, we did receive complaints from neighbouring residents regarding excessive noise coming from the unit, which required us to make contact to ensure compliance with building and strata rules. The water turned to freezing cold ice whenever it decided to!!!

Hi Samii, I am unsure why the issue with the hot water was not reported to the office, hot water not working is something that we need to know about. I have been down to the unit and have checked and both kitchen and bathroom hot water taps seem to be working fine. Next time if you have an issue with a property you have booked please report it to our office, as there is nothing we can do to help after you have left. For an emergency we also have a 24 hour number you can call and you will be put through to someone from our office who can help.
