The main bedroom has a queen bed and opens out onto the balcony, the second bedroom is an open plan design and provides two single beds.  There is an air conditioned living/ dining area and fantastic kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and  complete cooking facilities. The bathroom provides a shower, toilet and vanity and the internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer.

Only a short four minute walk to the beautiful sands of Shoal Bay Beach and a quick five minute drive to Nelson Bay where you will find restaurants, cafes and clubs or three minutes drive to Shoal Bay . Wests diggers rsl club is only a five minute walk,  this unit is in a superb location allowing you to take advantage of all Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay have to offer.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
