Comfortable bed, clean, generous size rooms. Excellent location and view. Good size yard for canine companion. Lounge is uncomfortable.... difficult to get out once seated.

Most restfull holiday in years.

Pretty layback quiet town, not a real lot to do close by so just relaxed and took in the view and breeze. Main bed could be updated though.

The location is exceptional. Right on the water, with amazing views. Outside furniture was dirty and full of spiders, so we spent our time indoors. House was tidy, but a little bit dusty. No cleaning materials to do a proper clean.Location made it well worth it.

We will be back.....because we are missing our new favourite breakfast from the Burrum Heads Bakery.....a pie and hot beverage each morning.

There were no extra blankets for the 2nd bedroom. The yard needs general maintenance and pruning and the trees overhanging the clothes line should be removed to maximise the sunshine. Very hard to dry clothes in winter with no sun on them.

Fourth year of rental for two weeks. It would be difficult to beat the views of the Burrum River from inside and outside of Rio Vista. Good fishing from the river bank in front of the house, even better upstream in a boat. The mango tree mentioned elsewhere has had a major trim, along with improved landscaping of yard.

Been coming for years and love location. Unfortunely state of yard and mango tree with fruit bats is a drawback and needs to be addressed. Would highly recommend if rectified.

Great riverfront Location!

We love Rio Vista. The best views of the Burrum River you will find! Close to the boat ramp for fishing, the Lions Park for swimming, and just a short walk to the shops. A few things are getting dated with the furnishings...but easily overlooked, when you consider the location.
