Gorgeous, super clean, and extremely well located home in the best neighborhood in Seacliff. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing, wake up to the beautiful views.

The spectacular kitchen and dining space is the heart of the home. The huge granite kitchen island will be your perfect gathering place for coffee and cocktails and everything in between. Gather together under the crystal chandeliers, cook a great meal on the Italian stove and take in the views of the beautiful oak trees in the backyard. Or bring in something delicious from the many great restaurants just minutes away.

The open and spacious floor plan connects the kitchen, dining island, a living room and family room so that everyone can be together but not crowded. There is even a little quite sitting area upstairs for anyone looking to enjoy a quite cup of coffee or a romantic glass of wine while overlooking the ocean.

Please keep in mind, this is not a home for parties or noisy celebrations. In respect of our neighbors and our very quiet neighborhood, no amplified music outside, no noisy games outside, no heavy drinking, etc.. There are great places for that type of fun, our home is not that place. Fireworks are explicitly forbidden in the County of Santa Cruz. Guests who create a disturbance for our neighbors will be asked to leave without a refund. $500 fee for any pets.

You will be renting the entire home except the laundry room and the garage which are not included.
