Beachside Bliss Just Minutes from Aireys Inlet

Nestled just off the iconic Great Ocean Road and a short stroll to Aireys Inlet’s vibrant cafes, shops, and the ever-popular Gully Beach, this coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.

Sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms: the spacious master upstairs features a Queen bed and ensuite, while downstairs includes a Double bedroom and a third room with 2 sets of bunks — ideal for families or groups.

Two separate living areas provide plenty of space to unwind. The upstairs open-plan lounge and dining area is filled with natural light and includes a TV, DVD player, sound system, and cozy wood fire.

Downstairs, enjoy a second lounge with its own TV, portable stereo, bathroom/laundry facilities, and a handy bar fridge.

Entertain with ease on the generous outdoor deck, complete with BBQ.

Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and an upstairs balcony perfect for sunset drinks or your morning coffee.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Good basic holiday home

Good location. Close to the shops and the beach is walking distance. There was more room in the house than the photos indicate. Could easily accomodate 2 families. The house facilities are basic but have all the necessities. Would be nice to have bigger more comfortable couches and the queen and double beds were average. Overall ok but probably wouldn’t book again.
