Cape Marengo - Stunning Ocean Views

My first impression upon viewing this property was, Wow.

Arguably, one the best ocean views I have ever encountered. I never imagined such a massive deck area overlooking the ocean with absolute uninterrupted views forever. Imagine, just relaxing and soaking up those sensational ocean views and letting life pass you by. Want more, the deck area also features a covered area with table and chairs and BBQ. These amazing ocean views extend into the kitchen, dining and living areas so, wherever you are, you are constantly reminded of the beauty that is Marengo.

You are also just a hop, step & a jump from the Marengo swimming beach where you can dive in for a dip, try your hand at fishing (freshly caught, straight onto the BBQ), enjoy the Great Ocean Walk or simply enjoy the Marengo Marine Sanctuary. With Apollo Bay just a 2 kms away or you can walk there via the walking track that links Marengo to Apollo Bay, where you can enjoy the many cafes, restaurants, retail outlets, hotels, supermarkets that dot the foreshore before returning to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of Marengo.

Internally, the property features a fully equipped kitchen (with all essentials provided), large dining (wall mounted LCD) and living (LCD & DVD) areas. There are 3 bedrooms (main with en suite & LCD), main bathroom, separate laundry and parking in a 2 car garage.

Also, as part of your holiday rental and situated adjacent to the main house, is a fully renovated modern studio apartment (very large), complete with queen bed (4th bedroom), en suite (shower, vanity & toilet), LCD & DVD with remote, fridge, reverse cycle air conditioning. Imagine, waking up in the morning to be greeted by sensational panoramic ocean views from your bed, life does not get much better than that.
