The house features a large, open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a fully equipped kitchen, large corner sofa and flat screen TV. You will also be wowed by the double aspect gas log fireplace that can be viewed from both the living area and the adjacent billiard room which features a full sized pool table and games table. Away from this area, there is also a second living area with a table tennis table and bar, as well as a rumpus room with TV.

The spacious main bedroom is located at the back of the property and comes with its own ensuite with a double shower and a toilet. There are a further three bedrooms at the front of the property as well as the potential to sleep additional guests with a tri-bunk in the rumpus room. The main bathroom is also located at the front of the property and has a toilet and separate shower. The property also had a powder room with an additional toilet.

Outside, there is an undercover seating area with BBQ. The backyard is also fully fenced for the peace of mind of any parents with small children.
There is also a double garage at the property so your surfboards, jet skis and personal items can be stored securely.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living. With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Sleeps up to 10 people. Linen is not included, please contact our office for linen hire. Guests are welcome to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and bathmats.
