Luxury Villa + private 18mtr JETTY

"Crown Cove" offers 5* resort style living with your very own private jetty for your marine toys!

Located on the Mornington Peninsula it offers four bedrooms. The large Master room comes with a King bed & ensuite that includes a large bathtub, double vanity, walk-in robe, TV and balcony. The Guest room has a Queen bed, private ensuite & TV. The third room has a King bed ( that can convert to two long single beds) with a large 55 inch TV and the fourth room sleeps six guests with a double bed with a single bunk above, single bunk beds, a stretcher bed and of course has a TV. There is a large bathroom including a bathtub located between the third and forth bedrooms. The property sleeps up to 12 guests in total luxury & comfort!

Architectural features created by an Award Winning Designer ensures this stunning property provides water views from every room.

You will also have access to a HUGE 18mtr berth/jetty that also includes power & water.

The property has a large swimming pool & spa that has solar and gas heating.

The property would ideally suit two or three families as there is a strict No Party Policy. Large group booking will not be accepted. Terms and Conditions are required to be completed by guests prior to arrival.

Better than a 5-Star Hotel

This property is absolutely stunning! I can't say enough good things about it or about Penny the owner/manager. She could teach a master class in how a 5-star accommodation should be run. The pictures of this property don't do it justice. It is completely spotless. Penny thinks of every extra touch possible. We were celebrating my husband's 60th birthday so Penny had champagne on ice when we arrived and later messaged us when we were out to ask if we'd like her to warm up the jacuzzi remotely so it's ready when we return. So thoughtful! The property comfortably accommodated 10 18 adults providing a warm, happy and luxurious backdrop for us to create family memories. My only regret is that I can't give more than 5 stars! Thanks so much Penny!!

WOW!

Beautiful state of the art home with stunning views, very clean, comfortable, with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool and spa overlooking the marina is just breathtaking. The owner Penny was so lovely and welcoming =) It was such a perfect weekend away, we enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. Can't wait to return to Crown Cove!

BEYOND AMAZING

After 2 years of COVID hell, my stay at Penny's stunning home was just what I needed. The house is spectacular, and Penny went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect. Given Melbourne's spasmodic weather, the gas heated pool was an absolute godsend. I would rate my stay 11/10 and thank Penny for her professionalism. By far, this is the best short-stay accommodate experience we have had as a family, and considering this has replaced our annual Hayman Island Resort holiday, I can see myself booking again and again and again.

Outstanding Property

Our family cannot thank you enough Penny. It was so amazing to escape away for a few days and be in a little bubble of paradise. Even though it's winter we would have though we were in Queensland. Your property was spotless and everything was so easy to use. We enjoyed hours in the pool and spa and at night we were so cosy inside.
