On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the laundry with access to a private rear courtyard. Of the two bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the other has a tri-bunk. Both bedrooms come with built in robes and heaters. The bathroom comes with a shower and toilet while the laundry has both a washing machine and a dryer. Outside, the courtyard provides the perfect place to lounge with a book in one of the two sun beds.

Upstairs, you will walk into a light, open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area that provides the perfect place for everyone to gather at the end of a day spent lazing on the beach. The kitchen comes with an electric oven and cooktop as well as a dishwasher, microwave and a Breville coffee machine. Next to the kitchen a dining area with seating for eight, while there is also additional seating for four at a breakfast bar. On the other side of the room, the lounge area comes with multiple couches as well as a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo.

A further two bedrooms and bathroom can also be found on the upper floor, one with a queen and the other with a tri-bunk. Both come with built in robes and access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The queen bedroom also comes with semi-ensuite access to the upstairs bathroom that features a shower, bath and toilet. A second balcony can be accessed off of the lounge and comes with two outdoor lounges.
