Reviewer Comments: It was a nice size 3 bedroom cottage; enjoyed the pool which is 15'x15' with hot tub. It was in good shape with the exception the beds were very lumpy and tough to get a good night sleep. The cleaning crew could do a bit better as the floors were dirty whites socks turn to black pretty quickly. Also, be aware unless you want to wash bath towels every day bring or buy adddtional from the local target. We are planning to stay here again but try another cottage to mix it up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 adults stayed in a 3 br 3 1/2 bath cottage with private pool and hot tub. We absolutely loved it! The cottage was very clean and spacious and had almost everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable! We loved the resort pool area which was very close to our cottage. We spent July 4th at Sunset Walk which is right next to the resort. It was amazing! Lots of restaurants to choose from and the fireworks were great! We also spent time at Epcot and Disney Springs which were both very short drives from the resort. We will definitely stay at this resort again in the future! My only advice is to bring your own toilet paper because you only get 2 VERY small rolls in each bathroom...lol!

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s And I’m usually crazy about cleanliness and I’m usually disappointed so I didn’t have high expectations for this property, but I was blown away at how well it was taken care of! We also loved that we could walk to the main pool and also the Promenade. We had a heavy downpour and our pool was filled with a lot of debris and we called to ask for a skimmer and they came over and cleaned our pool within 15 minutes. Excellent service! We Are considering making the Margaritaville cottages a yearly vacation!

Reviewer Comments: At first I was pretty upset because the house I originally chose to rent was changed to a different rental house a few months after but I wasn’t notified until a month before our trip. Yes the new home was exactly the same BUT it was further from the other 3 families that were also going with us, and further from the community pool/restaurants. However despite that the rental was wonderful. We loved having our own pool and hot tub, loved being able to walk to the community pool. Each time I called Vstays about questions they really did try their best to help and answer my questions.

Loved Margaritaville! Unit needs some help

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floors are so dirty on first floor they turn your feet/socks black. This is not an exaggeration. Pool Towels are so thin and so small they’re basically worthless. There are no coffee filters in the house, not even one for the first morning making the coffee maker useless unless you’re able to go to a store. If you’re like us and you have a late arriving pm flight or drove in and arrived super late, this is very frustrating and not the first experience one would want. This should also be disclosed to the renters with a basic list of items you may need as there aren’t enough provided. Like toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc.All power outlets on the wall with the stove and fridge didn’t work and breaker was flipped in box and wouldn’t stay on. All can lights in the kitchen and living room flicker when turned on. You have a serious electrical issue. There’s also water damage in the ceiling and a missing can light. Downstairs bedroom sheets had not been changed from previous tenant. There were crumbs and hair all in the bed. Which leads me to believe that none of the sheets were changed. Should be basic condiments like salt and pepper in the kitchen. Paper towels are worthless garbage. Having kitchen hand towels would make a lot more sense. Wish there was a pantry to store all the groceries we had delivered as there are no empty cabinets even to put them away in. Upstairs master bdrm TV would just go to a black screen while actively watching it that would say “please wait”. It wouldn’t undo itself and we could only continue to watch tv if we unplugged it and started over. On our final night we could not get the cable box to even turn on. It took 20 minutes for it to load. Master bathroom toilet has issues sometimes when flushing Master bathroom right sink has no water pressure. Left si

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived late on the evening of checkin. After an hour, we realized the air did not work, which happens. Called for assistance. They came and as they were checking out the problem, the unit began leaking through the ceiling and coming out a light fixture in the kitchen below. After some time, they said they got it working and would be back in the morning. It was not working. It was 78 in the house all night and water continued to leak through the light. Very dangerous. They did call in an a/c repairmen the following day after I called again. That finally got fixed by the time we returned from Disney. Nothing was addressed with the leak and they actually left towels and bowls catching water and didn’t clean up the mess. No compensation was offered. We had a miserable first night and uneasy second night as we know water and electric don’t really mix well. Was the third time I’ve stayed at Margaritaville, but the first time we had a negative experience.

Great Family Retreat

Arriving at the cottage, it took time to get used to the pool door alarm and not all the TV’s connected to the cable box. Other than that the rest of the stay was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The rooms able to be dark and quiet at night. We had a smoke detector start alarming for a low battery and maintenance came right out to fix it. The community pool was fun to visit and we enjoyed Morning runs around the Margaritaville property. We’d love to see more outdoor amenities added in the future, kids playground/basketball and pickle ball courts, those sort of “entertain yourself” items.

The staff was helpfull and the location of Surf Street 8029 is excellent, with a beautfil view over the pond. Love the interiour of these Margarittaville homes. The only "negative" point was the sofabed, less comfy then the bedroom-furniture. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay in paradise!!

The main level bedroom was perfect for her parents as their stairs would have been difficult for them. I loved that there was a second living room upstairs for the kids to have their own space for down time. This experience has forever changed our travel expectations. Having our own house with the resort amenities was perfect!

My family and I had to clean this place. Tge floors were not mopped were so dirty. Dishes on tables , counter tops, night and still had rings from the cups of the previous tenants, tables , everything was just dusty and gross. Towels has stain. None of tge tvs were working we had to call to have batteries replaced system rebooted. Really surprised with tge margaritaville resort. I will be I rather book other resorts and rentals than stay here again.atge grounds are under construction and you have to also wait 15 minutes for a shuttles each way so plan in advance. Check in was easy.but to charge these prices and have tge audacity to charge a cleaning fee it is absurd. My company was planning a huge event there definitely not going to book it. We will go to tge rosen or any other reasonable priced and clean hotel.
