Very clean home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything we could have needed from dishes to beach chairs and umbrellas was available. The location was steps to the beach. 9 of us stayed for 2 nights for a girls getaway, and it was perfect!

Great Beach Access

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice, but first day we arrived, there were no beach towels in the unit, and the microwave was broken. Office staff reluctantly brought us towels after leaving for the evening (it was like 5-6 pm when I called), and also brought us a temp microwave which was promised to be replaced the following day (but this never happened, in our 7 day stay). Beach was a bit crowded, had to be out by 9-9:30 to set up a tent in the front row, otherwise you would be behind another family. The pool was the biggest disappointment. Very murky/cloudy, not well kept. And the jacuzzi was barely warmer than the pool. Also, master bath had a few hairs in the shower when we arrived but we didn’t bother mentioning it to the staff.

Great beach, family vacation

The location to beach was excellent. Big enough for 5 adults and 2 children. Recommend bringing food, drinks to property 3 bathrooms were all located within the bedrooms which could be a plus or a minus. There were 4 bedrooms.

Close to beach!!!

Wonderful property that had everything we needed for our visit to see our Daughter in Flordia. Walk is very short to beach with great views of the beach off porch!! Plan on staying here in the future!!

Mainsail 3-bedroom condo

Spacious well kept condo perfect for easy beach access. This was ideal for our large family to stay all together. Parking was conviennent and staff friendly.

Beautiful location

Absolutely gorgeous, spacious unit steps from the beach. The sand and views were incredible. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The drive to the various restaurants and shopping was short and easy. We hope to return again soon!

This was the perfect spot for a simple vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at Mainsail Beach Inn. The staff were super friendly and check out was incredibly simple. It was so nice having a place just steps from the beach as well as the pool just outside our door. We stayed in Unit 12 and had plenty of space for our whole family. I would highly recommend.

Laidback beach getaway

From the start, great communication regarding check in. The listing was exactly as stated and very clean and spacious. The listing could actually have accommodated more guests. It provided a perfect location for a family getaway. Close to all the restaurants and of course two steps from the beach.

Perfect location!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! You are literally within steps of the Beach. Our adult sons played Spikeball on the Beach and sometimes walked to the Beach Cafe for breakfast. (That place is a bit of a walk …) We rented a golf cart for our stay which was so easy to maneuver for dinner reservations and activities. Would highly recommend this place again.
