There's parking spaces for 2 cars: a single car garage & 1 driveway space. Additional guest parking is available on a first come, first served basis in limited shared complex parking area. Even though this is a townhome complex, there are no shared amenities such as pool or hot tubs.
Pets: 1 dog 35lbs or under allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog.
