Great getaway!

Took a short beach getaway and this unit provided the perfect location and ease of use. From Booking through to checkout, the whole stay was amazing. I would highly recommend this property!

Short Beach Getaway

First time we decided not to stay right on the beach. It was perfect!! Loved the condo. Only a short distance to the beach and other things. The condo was roomy and well furnished with everything we needed. I will be going back!!!

Everything is said it was and MORE!

My family has been going to Sunset for the past 10+ years and it’s always great. This was the first year we stayed off the island and we couldn’t have been happier. We loved the option to go to the pool and the beach. The whole check in and check out process was a breeze. The property was spotless and welcoming. We all loved the screened in porch and the wildlife outside of it. The children loved to see the turtles, birds, and yes even the alligator. The neighbors were also warm and welcoming. This place truly felt like home even if it was only for a few days. Thank you for everything it will always be my children’s fondest memory of our beach trips.

Spring at Sunset Beach

Really enjoyed this unit. Spent seven nights here. Had everything we needed, was a great location. It was just the two of us but we could have brought many more as there was a lot of space. Loved watching the alligator and the turtles out in the pond. Convenient to the beach, great value and also easy to go to Myrtle Beach or Wilmington for the day. Close to lots of great seafood in Calabash. We were there the second week of April and the area was not crowded at all. Azaleas in the area were in full bloom and just beautiful! Only improvements we would recommend: Add hand towels in the bathroom and towels to wash/dry dishes in the kitchen. Faster internet speed would have been nice as my husband needed to do a little bit of work while there. And lastly, upgraded cable-TV would be nice for evenings in/rainy days. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Will do in a pinch...

They advertise it is one fee per night but with cost more than double that per night. Only TV in main room works...tvs in bedrooms do not work. Don't plan on getting there a second early...there is a charge to check in only an hour early. even though the room is ready, Hope you know where to go because you get no information from the property manager. Property management not very responsive if you have questions. No soap on the premises...so plan to bring your own...as well as toilet paper and pater towels.

Love the place and location but air conditioning stayed near 80 would not cool down found mouse droppings in dresser draws and on a bed and found a couple of roaches on walls told front desk and they said they were going to send maintenance man however never saw one

GREAT LOCATION

The ease of renting the property was excellent. It is a great space for several friends or family members. Everything we needed initially was provided. The location is close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. I do wish the pool was closer to the unit. The only negative thing I could say is that a dental pick was left under a tray on the coffee table. I honestly wouldn’t have known if the end wouldn’t have been sticking out. Overall, we enjoyed the property and would definitely stay again.

beautifully decorated, clean , and roomy. The only negative comment I can give is that when we arrived, the dishwasher was full of moldy dishes. I rewashed them with no relief and ended up having to hand wash several. We had a wonderful family time--even in the middle of a pandemic.

Fantastic family getaway

Sea trail is a beautiful place to stay. The staff is very friendly and super helpful, the pool and restaurant are a great option if you just want to relax at your place. Minutes to the beautiful beach and very close to anything you need. I will make Sea trail my yearly vacation spot for my family for years to come.

Great place to stay for two couples!

We loved our trip to Sea Trails. The property was perfect for two couples and it was a short drive to the beach. We also loved having access to the amenity center.

Wonderful getaway condo

This place was exactly what we were looking for in our vacation. The condo is beautiful and well spaced for our family of 5. Location is within a 5 minute drive to the beach and also overlooks the golf course. We had a very fun and peaceful stay and will look forward to coming back in the future.
