This lovely, well presented home has character and plenty of charm. It is a perfect choice for a weekend away or an extended break with family or friends, sleeping 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and also has WIFI.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, BIRs, a mounted TV and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd room had a double bed and TV, the 3rd has two singles.

The spacious lounge and dining area is equipped with a split system unit to keep you comfortable, a new 50 inch flat screen smart tv with Netflix, DVD player and IPod docking station.

The open plan kitchen/dining area makes entertaining enjoyable, the kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine to make life easier for you on your holiday. The property is ideal all year round with gas ducted heating perfect for winter and in summer ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer.

At the front of the property there is an inviting deck with an outdoor setting where you can relax under the shade of the trees that line the front yard. At the back there is a smaller decked area with built in seating and a gas BBQ. The backyard is also beautifully lined with trees, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and there is plenty of room to park a boat or a jetski.
You are minutes from the Rye shops, restaurants, pier and parks and only a short drive to the famous Peninsula Hot Springs and the many golf courses and wineries on the Peninsula. Book now you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful place for a stay on the peninsula

The house is very well appointed with everything that might be needed. It's very spacious and well landscaped with a lot of space for families and groups. It was really good for our adult family to celebrate together.

Family trip January 2025

We enjoyed our stay here. As per earlier positive reviews, the property was comfortable and spacious for our family of four. It is not recently built or renovated, but it is well equipped and well designed (for example, the rooms are located away from the living areas so parents don't need to tip-toe around at night). The property is located in a tranquil setting amongst the ti-trees, with a range of landscaped areas/decking. We found the agent managing the property responsive and helpful to deal with.

Perfect Holiday House

The garden setting and its landscaped environment is the first clue that there's more than just a holiday house within. You don't need to walk far to find a place to relax in.Step inside and its all comfort and considered, from the great to sleep in beds, to the great to lie on couch. The walls aren't decorated with your typical beach art, but art and mementos of the owners travels, so there's always something to catch your eye. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more than enough utensils to cook and prepare meals from simple to more gourmet. You can come to some holiday houses and stay, accepting it's not your home and you don't have everything. Here you can come and happily live as there's everything you want and need. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly return - 10/10 You will not regret booking and staying here.

Great Family Accomm

The location was great for our needs, and the house beautifully decorated. Bringing linen AND towels is a bit of a pain for a weekend, even just a hand towel would've been helpful. A couple of little things would've made a big difference for a short stay, such as mini bars of soap in the showers and a small long life milk in the fridge. We would've liked a clear breakdown of costs involved, e.g bond and cleaning details, in the confirmation email from the agent.
