Great place

Great location, quiet area, clean and spacious. Loved the feel of the place. No internet but didnt really miss it as there was so much to do. Hosts were pleasant and easy to deal with.

Great accommodation

Had a great stay here with the kids. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. My only suggestion to the owner would be to consider installing Wi-Fi. I would have happily paid a little extra for internet access

Very clean and tidy with most things you need

Nice property - bit difficult to park especially if you have bigger car. Villa is clean modern and tidy with most facilities available. However there is no internet available so if you require to do work while you are away you will need to have ample phone usage available. ironing board is very basic just a half board and no toiletries supplied like basic shower soap so you need to takecsupplies. Good laundry and kitchen appliances with some basic kitchen cleaning supplies available for washing up etc Overall though a nice place to stay about 1klm away from supermarkets etc

A very nice home

A very clean and well presented unit, very well positioned a very good property manager that was on hand for any issues. But unfortunately there’s three little things that made it a good stay rather than an excellent one.The sofa bed in the third bedroom was very uncomfortable (and wasn’t made up when we arrived)No Wifi (who doesn’t have wifi these days) when booking we just presumed that the property had wifi and didn’t even check.And unfortunately the worst of the lot is the fact you can’t park on the driveway due to the next door neighbour needing to use it to reverse out of his garage!! So we had one ute in the garage and one parked over 70 meters away and with so many power tools this wasn’t ideal.If these little issues can be rectified then it’s definitely a five star accommodation and not a four star

Family Apartment/Town House

Overall the property was fine. A well equipped kitchen, laundry. Bathrooms were great. Plenty of room for five guests with a good living/dining room area. Very clean and modern looking. Air-conditioning worked fine. The following is feedback that I feel will improve the stay for future guests. Unfortunately the bed mattresses were not up to standard. They were all very uncomfortable/past their useably date and the sofa bed mattress was largely unusable so we had to use our own inflatable bed/mattress for my daughter in the third bedroom. Mobile phone/data reception (Optus) in the area was very poor with continuing disconnections/slow. Access to home Wi-Fi/a router would remedy this issue. To create a 'shady/covered outdoor area, there needs to be either a veranda/pergola or sail constructed. Besides an old, small retractable blind, there wasn't a covered area. There was a 'functioning' BBQ in the outdoor area but it was very old, rusty and weathered Like I said, overall the property was fine and I would recommend it but some improvements are required.

Home away from home

So comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to everything as we moved around the peninsula quite a bit. The house was generally tidy and clean but needed a bit of a dust (probably hasn't been used since the lockdowns lifted). Would like to suggest the owners replace the battery for the garage door key for the next visitor. Highly recommend this house

The only thing I could say I would have liked was a full sized ironing board and light bulbs in the main bedroom need replacing The house is very well set up and very clean loved it
