Elegant, Spacious, Private, Waterfront Hood Canal Home
Beautiful waterfront home available for a luxurious getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Unlike many of the homes in the area, this home is quiet , located off the highway, with excellent views. Eagles flying by and seals in your front yard.
It offers peace and tranquility, where you can enjoy views of the large deep water cove from many rooms in the house or while you relax on the deck. Spend your time in paradise watching the wildlife, walking down to the oyster beach, swimming or kayaking , all right front of your home.
But if you need to work during your vacation, the house has NEW, UPGRADED 1GB internet on fiber optic cable. No more questionable satellite internet.
There is also plenty of adventure available, if you want it. We’re located 30 miles north of Hoodsport and 9 miles south of Brinnon, with near-by access to scenic hiking trails, snorkeling & scuba diving, shellfishing, and kayaking. The house has four adult size and two child size kayaks, BBQ, games, DVD’s -- everything you need to enjoy both the cove and Hood Canal!
Built in 2009, the home is filled with first class finishes -- granite and stainless kitchen; walnut hardwood floors, and natural stone baths, the master bath has a large jetted tub and a two spray shower; and much more.
Three bedrooms are available. The master suite offers a king size 4 poster bed with an exquisite attached bath room. The remaining bedrooms offer a queen size bed, and two twin beds, for a total of six potential travelers sleeping in the home.
This is just a sampling of all the home has to offer. We welcome any additional questions you may have. Additional pictures available upon request.

This was perfect for our three generation family stay: enough space for kids and a gorgeous view for all. All cooking conveniences were easily found and games and screens occupied any spare time. It was a challenge to leave!
The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you’d ever need. Debbie was warm and responsive and you can tell it’s a family home that they cherish. Appreciate the recommendations and all the amenities provided like kayaks that allowed us to have a great time with our family.
Beautiful waterfront house with easy access to the water, very much enjoyed the kayaks, the large patio for family, dinners, comfortable and relaxing house. Fantastic Crabbing and clamming in the area! Highly recommend this house and location, owner, Debbie, is a lovely host.
This is a unicorn property. The photos don’t do it justice, this is the best stocked property I’ve rented. The kitchen is stocked with quality pots and pans, and the knives are sharp. This is the rare property that will satisfy a cook. The owner is absolutely fantastic, and the property itself is fabulous.
It was an amazing location on the water, they had Kyaks so we could go out on the bay and enjoy more of the location. There was a bald eagle that hung out in front of the home which was super cool. The house was very clean and in order. We enjoyed our stay and thank you for sharing your home with us!
The Harrington's have thought of litterally EVERYTHING in this home-- it is perfect! Sparkling clean, great deck for visiting family and of course, the view of the Hood Canal, make this vrbo our absolute favorite! We will be back!
The property was beautiful in a serene and breathtaking setting. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and the view was unbelievable. Highly recommend!
A beautiful house right on the water. The ultimate in peace & serenity to recover from a busy wedding weekend. Debbie & Steve were attentive hosts. We look forward to returning someday soon.
extended family getaway (6 adults and one infant). We had a great time. The house was very clean and the layout was great. Being able to use the kayaks and launch from the backyard was great! We were thankful we brought our own knives (which we recently are in the habit of doing) as all the kitchen knives we tried were really dull (which can actually be dangerous!). We qould definitely come back.

Hello Erin,
Thanks for the heads up on the knives. I have bought a new set and the old ones are gone.
I appreciate it when folks point out these types of things to me. Always trying to make their stay more enjoyable.
We arrived a little early and met the Harrington's, who were so helpful in guiding our stay at Lilliwaup and supplying anything we might need for a relaxing visit. Our days were filled with kayaking on Triton Cove which was enjoyed by our teens and us. Gathering oysters to cook, watching the eagles fly around and the seals play was truly amazing! The home is beautiful and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, the living room and open dining area are great for gathering. We would love to come back sometime and highly recommend this vacation home.
We had a wonderful three night stay at this beautiful home. It was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed and more. As wonderful as the house was, the setting was spectacular. Both mornings we went down to the water and harvested our own oysters which we grilled for dinner on our second and third nights. They were beyond delicious and our 6 year old loved hunting for oysters and helping us shuck and prepare them. The eagles and seals were so neat to look at while we kayaked. It was just a wonderful stay and we made so many unique memories. Highly recommend!
We truly enjoyed our stay! The deck and kayaks were a huge perk. We visited many of the surrounding parks and came back in the evening to make dinner. Be prepared to do a lot of driving to get to areas of Olympic and Mt. Rainier--but it's sooo worth it! I would recommend stopping for groceries in Shelton at Safeway/Walmart if you're coming from Seattle. The small grocery store in Hoodsport didn't have many choices and seemed really pricy.
I would recommend this property for location, nature experience on the canal, communication with the owner, and it's super clean!
My daughter and I spent nearly a week out at this lovely home on the Hood Canal. This is the second time that we have been guests at the house and are impressed each time by the property and the attention to detail in creating this wonderful space. It's amazing to literally step out your door and be walking along the beach, and great to relax on the deck and see the eagles and herons that frequent the shoreline during your stay. We enjoyed several of the state parks that are a short distance away and traveled up one day to spend time at beautiful Lake Cushman. Debbie is an outstanding host who has carefully outfitted the house with many extras for a very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend the home and hope to return again myself very soon!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. We got in late in the evening as the sun was setting and the water outside the windows was glowing. There is something special about watching bald eagles fly by perch nearby while you are having your morning coffee. The house had everything we needed and we all enjoyed padding around the cove. Lots of fun adventures and day trips including hikes, waterfalls, and beautiful towns. Debbie was very communicative and while we needed nothing I am confident that she would have been right on top of it. We wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

Thank you Grady. I'm really happy you enjoyed your stay.
Amazing property and hostess! We loved everything about our visit. From a gorgeous house to fantastic views, this one has it all.
Great layout for families to mix, mingle and relax. We loved the back patio and spent a lot of time enjoying it and the view of Hood Canal. The kitchen had everything you needed and there were BBQ grills available too.
We used the kayaks and found ourselves enjoying the company of dolphins (yes, the canal is salt water!) seals and so many beautiful birds, wow!
It is also really well located to visit Olympic National Park. We enjoyed hiking, water falls and all kinds of nature around us.
This is a place that allows you to truly relax.
We will be back. Thank you Debbie for a wonderful experience!
This property was great for our family needs. All the furnishings were very nice and the kitchen was nice and updated. The balcony was great for breakfast and watching the bald eagles and seals everyday. They provide everything you would need for outdoor adventure in the water that's just steps away from the balcony (Kayaks, life jackets, etc).
My only gripe would be the internet is pretty terrible. TBH if I were the owner I wouldn't even pay for it. We stayed for 5 days and could never pull faster speeds than .02 mbps. We had Tmobile cell service which also had virtually no service. Other services may work better. In all fairness though this is a very minor issue as it was rather nice being "unplugged" for a few days.
I can't stress enough how great this place is. If your thinking about staying here do it.

I'm happy to report that we now have upgraded 1GB speed internet over fiber optic cable. No more questionable, spotty satellite internet. If you need to work while you're on vacation, you're connected.
