This beautifully decorated garden view condo was updated in 2007 and has been beautifully maintained ever since!This is a third floor end unit with an extra porch. Perfect location and even a partial view of the gulf at garden view prices! When this condo was updated, all new tile and carpeting was installed, the bathrooms and kitchen were completely redone and in 2018 brand new appliances were installed in the Kitchen. If you'll have to work on vacation, the condo even provides a wireless computer work station! This condo has everything you'll need for a wonderful vacation at Siesta Dunes!

So much fun!

This property had doesn’t have the best location within the resort. When booking it’s hard to tell where each unit is located. This one is in the farthest building. Was it a big deal? No but I would have liked to know where it was located before booking. The unit says it sleeps 6 but there were only 4 beach towels. It wasn’t the cleanest unit we’ve stayed in. It was a bummer that there wasn’t a washer and dryer in the unit. I never received check in instructions from the property manager. However, the grounds are very well kept and the beach is amazing! There are little coolers in the unit which made it so nice for taking food and drinks to the beach. We stayed here during COVID so the beach was quite empty which was so nice.

As we are the onsite office, in the future, please let us know and we will promptly address your issues. Also, apologies that you did not receive your check in instructions. As we use VRBO/Homeaway for supplemental reservations only, we send most of our email communications directly to your personal email once your reservation is booked. Unfortunately, sometimes these emails do hide in your spam/junk folders. I'll look into a better way of handling these emails. We hope you see you again in the future!
