Our home conveniently located in Oakland Park/Fort Lauderdale area, only 5-7 minute drive to the beach, 20 minutes drive from Fort Lauderdale International Airport. Fort Lauderdale is Filled with entertainment for all.Close to waterfront dining, nightlife, golf courses, shopping, sport-facilities, theaters, casinos, marinas and beach access. Get the best of both worlds with this location being 15 minutes via car to downtown Fort Lauderdale Las Olas Boulevard, 10 minutes to Pompano, Deerfield beaches, 20 minutes to downtown Boca Raton Mizner Park with incredible shopping, restaurants and movies at the onsite cinema.
please note that our house is in a residential neighborhood and as such, our neighbors have asked us to refrain from loud noise and music after 10 pm. Please keep this in consideration as you plan your trip. We want to continue to be good neighbors and be able to open our house for your enjoyment.

- As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 25 years or older, and must be an occupant of the house during the entire reserved period.
- The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to mail us photo of their ID (USA driving license or Passport)
- Please provided us information about your trip and your guest before booking.
- If at anytime the maximum number of occupancy is exceeded or if the owner receives information about excessive noise, owner has the right to evict guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $500.
- If any sign of smoking is discovered inside the house the guest authorizes the owner to charge the minimum fee of $500
