This was by far the best property we've stayed at. Exceptionally clean and well thought out. Everything you need is there and the location is fantastic. The management company was great and made for a great experience. I can't recommend this property highly enough.

Perfection in every way! The scenery out back is stunning! Enjoyed the hot tub and reading creekside with the sounds of nature. Best Vrbo we've stayed in with a laid-back vibe, overly stocked supplies, super clean, and comfy bed. So close to Breckenridge.

Look no further! This home was perfection! Fully stocked with everything needed. The space heater was an added bonus to sit out on the deck in the chilly mornings or late evenings. We loved the hot tub and sitting by the rivers edge. The location was excellent as well (short drive to downtown)! The beds were also very comfortable!

Worked well for our family of 5. Quiet and comfortable and well stocked. It is an updated, small cabin, but has everything you need, including two full bathrooms! The deck is great in the mornings for coffee and relaxation. Close enough to Breckenridge but far enough away too… Great stay!

This cabin was definitely 10 out of 10. We had a wonderful time! We are a retired couple and we came to enjoy time with our friends. We enjoyed hiking every day and coming home to this beautiful cabin. We grilled dinner on the huge deck and ended our days relaxing in the hot tub. Then we were put to sleep from the beautiful cascading water from the blue river below the cabin. Everything you need is in the cabin and also plenty of extra too. The place is special and we really enjoyed it! We will be back!

The Blue River cabin is a beautiful, peaceful location convenient to Breckenridge. The cabin is well stocked - the kitchen has everything you need, and the bedrooms are comfortable. The host was very responsive. A great overall stay!

We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen had every appliance we needed, there was firewood for campfires, and the sounds of the river were amazing. We were even visited by a fox and momma moose with her 2 babies.

Perfect Cabin!

This cabin was perfect for our family of four. It was very cozy and just as the pictures showed. The view and access to the river was amazing! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the house was well stocked. We would definitely stay again!

Perhaps the best experience in home rental. The house was equipped with everything from coffee to laundry detergent. Kitchen had everything to cook including spices. It snowed everyday, so having firewood ready to go was great. The views off the deck of mountains, the river and some occasional was great. Super close to town to run in for dinner or shopping.

Everything was fantastic- the home had everything we needed; great location; good parking; comfortable beds; fishing right in the backyard; hot tub for relaxing; the host responsive and super helpful! We will definitely return for future visits to Breck!

Family vacation!

This property and home are beautiful! The views from the deck are amazing, the neighborhood was very peaceful, and the home had everything we needed. It was just a short, easy drive to get into town for restaurants and shopping. We loved our stay here!

Beautiful and convenient!

Wonderfully stocked with everything we needed, including comfy beds for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fun to cook in and our family truly enjoyed the riverside firepit, hot tub and stunning views from the deck. The bull moose that we met in the neighborhood driving home from dinner was quite the bonus!

This little house in the woods was spectacular! It exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in LOTS of properties, and this one ranks at the top. There wasn't a speck of dust in the home. The kitchen was well-stocked with nice things (not dingy pots). The views from every window were like pieces of art. It was so cute, cozy, and absolutely perfect!

The perfect place. We'll be back

Such a great location. You feel like you have the mountain to yourself. The cabin is equipped with absolutely everything you'll need. Campfire by the river, hot tub on cool nights, cozy living room with a fire going... just a great vacation in the mountains.

This property was everything the listing detailed and more. Everything you could possibly need was thought of and provided. It was very clean and well maintained. Scenery was breathtaking.
