Excellent clean property in quiet gated community. Check in was great. Located closer to Tampa than Spacecoast but pretty much in middle of florida south of Orlando. Get an EZ pass transponder to save some time in florida traffic. Walmart Gas and Groceries less than mile from property. Host was very quick to help and answer questions. We were greeted one morning by Sandhill Cranes on the neighbours lawn.

Thanksgiving Family gathering

The home was beautiful, spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. The rooms are decorated very nice, the beds are comfortable, it was good having 3 bedrooms downstairs and 4 bathrooms in the home. My only issue was no TVs in the bedrooms. The weather did not permit us to enjoy the pool, perhaps the next time. The owners also had quality towels and bath cloths in the rooms. I would definitely rent this home again. The house worked great

This house worked well for our two families to vacation together. We had 4 adults and 7 kids and had plenty of room. The house was clean and had most of the extras we needed for our stay such as TP, dish soap, hand soap and cooking supplies. We did need to buy extra garbage bags, laundry pods and shampoo. The kids loved the pool, especially since it had plenty of toys to play with. The listing was a little vague, so here is what to expect. The house is in a quiet gated community with just houses, no extra entertainment other than a pier a few blocks away. With heavy Orlando traffic it took us on average 1.25 hours to get to SeaWorld area, 2 hours to Cocoa Beach, 1 hour to Tampa, 2 hours to Anna Marie Island. The house had 3 bedrooms on the top floor. There was a queen (Paris) with shower bathroom, queen (pink walls), twin (princess), extra bathroom and small living room with futon and tv. The main floor had a king (swans) with large master bathroom, queen (avengers) and two twins (Mickey), another bathroom plus the living areas. The host was very quick to respond and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again.

Adequate but needs maintained

Size and layout of the home was great. Amenities were lacking- we bought towels,washcloths,silverware and clothes hangers.Several light bulbs burnt out ,bedside lamps didn’t work in pink room. The washer smells like mildew and the dryer had to be ran multiple times to get clothes dry.The refrigerator would also defrost or something in the night sometimes and water would be all over kitchen floor. There are no TVs in the bedrooms only 1 in living room and one at the top of the stairs with a broken down uncomfortable futon. Nice clean pool but no solar cover to keep pool warm over night (we ended up buying a cover $170) then we were able to keep pool 89° we paid an extra $30 a day for pool heat but found out after we got there the HOA has a limit on the temperature of 84°. Home would be really nice with a good deep clean and some fresh carpet and paint touch ups.

Short notice

After a year of planning our other condo canceled less then 48hr before we were to arrive. I was frantically trying to make new arrangements and prayers were answered. Communication was prompt and he saved our vacation. Check in was easy and house was clean, everyone was comfortable.

Clean and comfortable - great vacation

Our 1st VRBO stay exceeded my expectations! This home was spacious, impeccable and a safe location for our family get-away. The owner was very each to reach and responded quickly to the very few small issues that did arise (burned out light bulb, etc.). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location to any large group. Great family memories were created!
