Immediately adjacent to the world renown La Quinta Resort/Waldorf Astoria.

Our single story town-home/villa offers most all the comforts of home. Luxury linens, a soaking tub, 3 televisions with Spectrum cable, Kitchen Aid appliances, fully furnished kitchen, 2 fireplaces, washer/dryer, a private patio, outdoor grill, 2 car garage with mountain views.

This is a single story town-home/duplex with privacy not offered by most other properties in Legacy Villas. It has a attached two-car garage with outdoor space that is away from the condos across the street.

Amenities abound with 12 pools, 11 spas, 2 lap pools, a fitness center, hammock/palm garden, poolside cabanas, the Legacy Grille (open during high season), children s splash park, 15 fountains, walking trails, outdoor fireplaces, clubhouse and manicured grounds.

Legacy Villa is uniquely located against the Santa Rosa mountains and next to the world renown La Quinta Resort/Waldorf Astoria. It is a wonderful setting for family and friends to relax in the famous Coachella Valley sun.

All within an easy walk to restaurants, golf, shops and spa of the La Quinta Resort.

We strongly recommend the purchase of insurance to cover you in the case of cancellation.

By local zoning ordinance, our maximum window for renting to a guest is 28 days each.

A valid and legal form of ID will be required of every guest 16 years and older staying with us during the 3 festival weekends in April/May.

There are active security cameras at the front door (doorbell cam) and in the garage in the northwest corner near the hot water heater.

Due to the extreme heat that sometimes occurs in the desert, the thermostat cannot be set any cooler or warmer than 72 degrees.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Except for the umbrella, table and chairs, make sure all items from the patio are returned to the garage including the grill and cushions. Make sure the grill cover is on.
Please return the garage door opener to the display on the armoire near the front door. When leaving, make sure the handle is latched & deadbolt is extended. Push the Schlage button to extend.
Make sure the fireplaces are shut off. Do not shut off the gas. That will shut off the pilot light. Make sure all the windows are closed and locked. Unplug all small kitchen appliances.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host of course makes such a difference and they were fantastic from the moment I picked this property I felt like everything was taken care of I really never needed to do anything. When we arrived at the front gate the amazing experience began they not only knew we were coming that had all of our guests registered and called us by name . The house had everything including things for children . We will be back again soon .

Beautiful Property

Home was exactly as described. The complex is beautiful with wonderful pools. The home is well stocked and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. Lots of space with a large patio. Great communication from the accommodating manager. We can't wait to stay here again.

Beautiful community

We initially had quite a few problems entering the home as the security/passcode system needed to be rebooted but the homeowner was easy to reach and the next morning had it repaired. It was very hot in the unit and we all had trouble sleeping. According to the homeowner, the a/c does not go below 73 degrees but we were never able to get it to go below 74. The bathrooms were not cleaned well.

Perfect for a family

We were very happy with this rental property. It was clean and well furnished. The one level (no stairs) was perfect for our little one. The condo was larger than pictured and located well with a pool steps away and a short walk to the main pool. Communication was great. Highly recommend.

Great floor plan, amenities and facilities. Easy to see friends in La Quinta Resort and spa. Pools nice but sun goes down behind mountains early. Very lovely place for family vacation!

Wonderful Stay

My 13 yo daughter and I stayed here for a week while attending a horse show and it was perfect. The home was clean, well equipped and just as described. We especially appreciated it having an attached garage. Communication with the owner was easy and he very promptly responded when I had questions. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful and easy stay!

Wonderful layout- great development!

David’s condo was a perfect location for our group who was in town for an equestrian competition. The layout meant that both en suite masters had privacy- while the living area was comfortable and very functional for everyone. Lots of pools in the development meant that they were never crowded and the kids were entertained. Communication with David was quick and easy- he was available for any questions, but everything in the home worked as promised. Would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful getaway!

We traveled to David’s home in Legacy Villas to escape the fog in San Francisco and had a wonderful time in his comfortable home. Due to the current restrictions across CA, there were many restrictions in place in the community to monitor the number of people at any time at a pool or in the gym, masks are required when walking in the community. We felt very comfortable as a result of this. Most days, we had the closer pools to ourselves and when we were with others, there was plenty of room to physically distance. At the main pools, there is a limit of 30 people and again there was plenty of room to spread out - we never had a problem using a pool for as long as we wanted. David’s home is spacious, incredibly comfortable and well equipped. We would highly recommend.!

Exceeded expectations

The photos do not do this property justice: it is very spacious. 2 of the bedrooms are master suites and the 3rd bedroom with 2 beds is larger than it appears in photos. This house has so many thoughtful amenities: soap, small shampoo, conditioner and lotion in bathroom upon arrival, anything you could need in the kitchen, some games, full laundry....I could go on and on. It’s soooo quiet and lovely in this location. One of the many pools is steps away, walking on the property was delightful. The living/dining area was large and perfect for gathering together but everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. I hope we are able to return many times. It really is an oasis in the desert. We are not golfers and frankly loved not being on a course but many many courses are nearby. Thank you David!
