**Please note that Sanibel Island is open for business! Coquina Beach 1C will be ready to welcome guests beginning October 4, 2025! The pool, tennis and pickleball courts are now open. Unit 1C is fully ready for your stay, however some other units and common areas on the property may still be undergoing repair. Please expect noise during daylight hours and trucks and equipment on the property. All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.**

As you enter, you will know you have arrived to your beach vacation! The spacious and open concept floor plan is engulfed in natural light and decorated with fun coastal decor. The well-appointed kitchen is open and bright and adjacent to the dining and living areas, perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the company of family and friends. The dining table seats 6 but if dining al-fresco is your style, you will love the screened in lanai just off the living room. Gather on the comfortable sofas to watch the big game, or you can enjoy your favorite shows on the large smart TV or just relax after a day on beach.

A luxurious primary suite serves as your private sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed and smart TV. Your private lanai is also accessible from this bedroom. The ensuite bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower and spacious vanity. Guests will feel right at home in the adorable guest bedroom with a twin and full size bed & smart TV. The second bathroom is conveniently located just steps from the guest bedroom and offers a walk in shower and extended counter space and storage for your guests.

Keeping up with laundry is a breeze with full size washer & dryer in the unit. The owners provide everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella are conveniently located on the lanai in a storage closet. Beach towels are also provided for your use.

Coquina Beach is a small, family-friendly 40-unit complex with a heated pool, tennis/pickleball courts and grilling area.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.
