RARE 4 Bedroom ranch near ARK Encounter. No Steps. Nice neighborhood. Extremely comfortable beds, and blankets.(same beds we own personally) Plenty of space for your group and/or to share with multiple families. Enjoy a complimentary, fully stocked, coffee/tea bar! Only 1 mile from restaurants, groceries, gas, etc. Enjoy the large backyard with hanging lights and a fire pit after your trip to the ARK or Creation Museum.

Which really enjoyed our stay here, close to the Ark, restaurants and the grocery stores. The home was very spacious, clean and had everything in the kitchen we needed. Another bonus was it is on a side street so if you enjoy walking every day you have that availability to do that. All of us who stayed there would highly recommend it and we will definitely stay there in the future.

The property is a great place to stay for our family of 7 adults. We didn’t cook on property as there are plenty of restaurants nearby, but we did take advantage of the coffee bar. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time and created awesome memories at Rare 4 Bedroom Near Ark Encounter. The Ark Trip!

The Roomy Ranch exceeded all our expectations. Clean, safe, and comfortable for 7 adults, with plenty of dishes, towels, and all the necessities to make our stay enjoyable. We would choose to stay here again.

We fell in love with this property because of it's proximity to all Dry Ridge and Williamstown has to offer. Including ARK Encounter and the Creation Museum. We loved that it didn't have any steps and allows for a comfortable stay for up to 12 people!
