Itaguá beach is the most popular and where everyone wants to be, it is the beach where boats and schooners leave for Anchieta island, Couves island, Prumirim island, etc ,. In Itaguá is where they have the Shoping with McDonald's, Cinema and Snack Bars, ice cream parlors, shops, the Pier, Aquarium, Praça da Baleia, Tamar Project, Markets, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Ice Cream Parlor, Pizzeria, Craft shops, it is the point of life day and night. It is where everyone comes for a walk. Close to the most beautiful beaches!
The Flat is located next to Praça do Cristo, in a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Itaguá beach, 800 meters from Tenório beach and 1100 meters from Praia Grande.
