Waterfront 2 bedroom Apartment located on the town side of the Marina

This well appointed, 2 bedroom single story absolute waterfront unit overlooks the Lincoln Cove marina entrance and recreational boating berths.
Easily access the nearby beach and Parnkalla walking trail, located on the marina entrance with excellent views of the commercial & recreational boating activity.
There is a cosy open plan living area, with self-contained kitchen including microwave, and TV, DVD, and stereo in the lounge area. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning, pedestal fans and a bath to relax in after you have enjoyed a cruise in the bay, explored our many deserted beaches or discovered our abundance of native flora & fauna. Laundry has washer, dryer and iron. All linen supplied.

Delighted with our stay loved being on the Marina watching the fishing boats pass by

It was great the unit was well equipped and in a beautiful location and I enjoyed walking the neighbourhood with lovely gardens and the beach area just around the corner! I highly recommend this property
