It is literally a few steps to the beach and within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to the restaurants near the beach strip.
Pico de Piedras (BC s) -The Aguada public beach, from the 115 south, take a right at Balneario after passing through Aguada, public parking and rest rooms. An exposed beach and reef break that has consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds blow from the southeast. The ideal swell angle is from the north. There are left and right breaking reefs. The quality of the surf isn t affected by the tide.

Space Amenities:
Relax in a hammock while listening to the ocean waves crashing, while sipping your favorite beverage and watching the sunset! Nothing better then hearing the waves crashing away from your window! Wifi and cable included

Entertainment/Activities:
For entertainment and activities you will find a pamphlet with many places to visit and explore that you and your family will enjoy including great places to eat and local attractions. Nearby along the beach are many small restaurants overlooking the beach which offers a variety of latin dishes and drinks. Pico de Piedra and Table Rock is a few minutes away, this beach has facilities for Surfing,walking, bike riding, beach huts, running water and emergency room along with restaurants ,beach bars, tiki type fun bars and other facilities.There s also Crashboat beach minutes away with crystal clear water for snorkeling. Downtown Aguada is 5 min away and Downtown Rincon is only 15 Minutes away by car.

There are parking spaces for 2 vehicles, and there is plenty of outside parking as well. There is also a separate entrance to each unit providing privacy for each family who intends to visit!

Some comments on the kitchen

We are big cooks and we’re disappointed in the kitchen: no oven and very cheap cookware. One of the knife blades came off and could be dangerous. The drains backed up a few times. Otherwise, it’s a great beach house and we loved the location.

Just what we needed

My partner and I booked this little getaway last minute and it was just what we wanted. We stayed for 3 nights. Check in was super easy. The rooms were bigger than we thought they’d be which was a pleasant surprise. At first I thought the second room would be in vain but then we were able to invite some friends after getting Luis’ approval and it made the trip even better. It is close to so many great restaurants and beaches. It’s also a very short and easy drive away from Rincón which we loved! Every single room has air conditioning units and the bathroom was perfect to take a refreshing shower and wash off the sand before going for dinner. Loved to sit in the patio at night because the stars looked amazing. Neighborhood was really quiet most of the time. Surprisingly, one of my favorite things was the fact that the bed was so comfortable! Also the communication was on point all the time with Luis. Any time I had a question or concern, he promptly responded and was very understanding. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything Luis!!

Luis the owner of the property is very attentive and he quickly answers any questions via phone call or text. From day one (7/10/21- 7/13/21) we had a great and comfortable stay at his beautiful home on the first floor. The shower has amazing pressure, the AC’s work super well, he provides laundry detergent and with washer and dryer. The home Is walking distance to the beach and places to eat, hang out and some shopping stores. I highly recommend staying at casa peace haven beach house.

Desde el primer momento el dueño estuvo en comunicación conmigo y el día de la llegada estuvo al pendiente. El señor que nos recibió también muy amable y al penidente. Son personas muy agradables. En cuanto a la propiedad, muy cómoda, perfecpara descansar unos días. Buenos Aires acondicionado, estacionamiento y enseres en buen estado. Comunidad tranquila y cercana al balneario. La recomiendo y volvería en próxima ocasión.

I fell in love with this property once I stepped to the back of the house and felt the ocean breeze while laying in the hammock. So relaxing and beautiful to see the ocean and the sounds of the coqui at night was amazing.
