Look no further - this is the Hilton Head Beach Villa for you! New to the rental program in 2019 and sure to be your favorite!

This completely renovated, ocean-view villa is light, bright, clean, and ready to be enjoyed by your family. This three-level villa will comfortably sleep 7 with one king bed, one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed. A queen sleeper sofa will accommodate overflow guests.

The main living level provides a well-equipped kitchen with new cabinetry, granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and microwave), and ample table seating for six. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors on the main and ground levels flood the villa with light and showcase the amazing views of the ocean, pool, and spectacular grounds of the Beach Villas complex.

Two master bedrooms are located on the upper level; one bedroom features a king-size bed, and the second, has a queen-size bed. Both master bedrooms have a flat-screen TV and a private bath with a shower. The king master bathroom also has a separate, jetted tub. The third bedroom features a twin-size bed and full-size bed and is located on the ground level off the family room. A full bath on the entry-level serves this bedroom. All three full baths have been totally remodeled with new plumbing, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, and flooring.

A laundry room with a new, full-sized Maytag washer and dryer is located on the entry-level. The ground-level family room is a second gathering spot for TV-watching or game-playing. A sofa sleeper and comfortable furnishings make this a cozy spot to spend quality time with friends and family. Sliding glass doors lead to your own private patio with a table and chairs and a charcoal grill. The park-like grounds feature a pool with a large sun deck and numerous chaise lounges.

Another wonderful feature of this property is private, carport parking for 2 vehicles directly outside your villa, and the community is gated with a private gate code. No struggling for parking and lugging your belongings and groceries in elevators!

Just beyond the garden courtyard area is private access to the famous Hilton Head Island sandy beaches. The walk to the beach is less than a two-minute stroll from the villa with no roads to cross!

Bugs and not clean as promised.

We stayed in these villas but a different unit last year and had a great experience so we decided to come back. This year we tried unit 19 and unfortunately the ratings for cleanliness were wrong. The first day there we saw two huge cockroaches. I contacted them and they said they would send out pest control the next day and they never showed up. When I asked if they could let me know when they were coming since I have a baby who would be napping and we had some valuables there she said they couldn’t let me know when they were coming…. And her responses seemed irritated. We then killed at least one bug or centipede every day of our trip here for a week. We found crumbs in the sheets the first night and sand all over the comforters. There is black mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom. Cleanliness is huge for me so this place is a no for our next trip. May book the unit from the year prior since the location is what we like and we like the pool here.

Amazing property and location

All That And More!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the most wonderful place to stay! We've been renting at HHI for over 25 years and this is the best place we have ever stayed! FULLY STOCKED kitchen which is unheard of in HHI because everyone assumes you go out every night. Well we do not and we appreciated having everything we needed. The unit was very nice and updated, the location couldn't be better, and there was tons of room. The unit was spotless and had lots of starter products. The management company, Vacation Time, was spectacular! They go above and beyond! I simply cannot say enough about this company and their caring attitude. We will definitely be back to this property and will look no further than Vacation Time properties in the future. Loved the rental, Loved the management company!!!
