A near new beautiful 3 bedroom luxury apartment equipped with modern furniture and tasteful decor, everything you need to feel comfortable.

Perfectly located in the CBD with stunning views and a local garden, walking distance to local shops, public transport and the city centre.

Ideal for 2-3 couples (up to 6 people)

A modern apartment designed to offer maximum natural light and open space, on street parking, local community garden, duck pond, rose and flower garden beds, beautiful picnic spots and greenery.

Access to all bedrooms, two bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen and balcony. The entire apartment as well as a community BBQ area for additional dining and entertaining space. There is also access to the community gym room.

The neighbourhood is very green and has many parklands which take away the sense of living in a busy city. It is very clean and not too noisy either.

Great place to stay

Well fitted out, clean, and a great view from the balcony. Highly recommended for family or group of friends. Owner was friendly and easy to deal with. Would be happy to stay here any time.

Beautiful Adelaide apartment

We rented this apartment for a week. It was perfect, lots of space, beautiful balcony views and very comfortable. It is easy to take the tram to the Oval, museums, train station or University. Good location. Brandon was a great host.
