This Ocean Grove beach shack is exactly what you look for when you want a chilled beach break! Uncomplicated, convenient equipped with all that you need for those breezy Summer days or chilled Winter breaks.

Location is paramount, just a hop, skip and jump (300m) to Ocean Grove Beach which is also a popular Dog beach, Cheeky Cow Café and many other boutique cafes and shops and, just a short drive to the Shell Road amenities, Kingston Shopping precinct, Ocean Grove Village and the surf club.

Split over two levels, the ground floor is home to the laundry room including access to the washing machine, bar fridge, pram, and table extension available. Complete with access to the back yard (via side gate) and staircase to the hub of the home.

Two generous sized bedrooms, the main bedroom is equipped with queen bed whilst bedroom two has a tri-bunk (single at the top and double at the bottom). Both bedrooms enjoy ceiling fans, heaters, built-in robes and balcony access which is fantastic for those hot summer nights. A central bathroom including shower, toilet, and vanity. A single foam extra mattress & portable cot is also available with an extra double mattress made available upon request.

A light filled kitchen, meals and living area also with balcony access. The kitchen comprises waterfall stone bench tops, induction cook top, dishwasher and ample cupboards equipped with your everyday basics. Split system heating and cooling and direct balcony access with BBQ facilities and outdoor dining. Enjoy unlimited WIFI with access to Netflix, Stan, Apple TV, and flat screen LED TV.

An expansive secure backyard accessible via the side gate will have the pets and children running for hours. Guests are free to use the equipment in the garden shed and are more than welcome to use the boogie boards, bikes, games, and all that is made available at the property.
